Magmasaur can swim and takes no damage, but cannot use its abilities underwater same when it's raining

Start harvesting with magma set on smelting until you’ve got about 5 ingots. This is so you can defend yourself with fireballs. No cooked metal - no fireballs. Also cooks your raw meat in its inventory.

If you enable smelting it drains a lot of food. But it eats stone if you put it in first slot in inventory and they collect a lot of it really A LOT.

Magmasaur gathers a lot of obsidian maybe even more than anky

When it grows, feed it stone instead of meat, because it’s more effective.

This is easily one of the best games for metal. Hits 1 node for 300+ metal and holds at ⅓ weight!

Magmasaur+rhyino is crazy good

One of the best harvesters in the game. Wood, metal, stone, crystal, obsidian, meat, even poly from the honey cave.

While the player is protected from the saddle, Shoulder pets are not and take damage from things like fire wyverns and other projectiles. Rip otter

Magmasaurs are excellent for Harvesting Element more frequently on Genesis Part 2. Take them to the void when Element Crystal Astroids Spawn!

To breed without lava enable breeding and continuously hit with wyvern fire

These guys can do SO MUCH damage if imprinted and max fire shot

For who wandering you can breed it at valguero map in artifact of crag easy and safe!

Magamsaur’s are pretty good at collecting ore so I would use it to gather metal when needed

They take a lot of damage falling so be careful even small cliffs will do them in

Can be put on turret mode for ultimate defense.

Heard a rumor about breeding in lava and I can conairn it's true breed a 145 female with an 80 male awaiting hatchling level

The magmasaur will give you cold protection after the lava it depends how much you charge the spit.🦎🐉🦖🐊

This absolute beast is the best metal collector out there, good weight, heavy reduction, way faster than an anky and can defend itself, it also collects a LOT of stone!

You actually have to turn on smelting for it to begin smelting metal, it should be in the radial menu
