If you can’t feed it then you can use the snow owl to heal it or you can use an admin command (giveinfinitestatstotarget)

You can’t tranq these guys, they are like dragons you have to steal eggs. You can find their caves in the volcano area on Lost Island. Once you have some eggs you need to feed it Amber Gris as there is a glitch at the moment that won’t allow it to eat sulfur. You can only get the Amber Gris on Genesis so you will have to admin spawn it in if your playing unofficial. To get them to breed you need to breed them in lava

I discovered that using a desmodus to go invisible till your by the eggs (making sure the parents are just enough away their attack wont hit immediately) then snatching one or two if you have time٫ flying up and at the bridge above the further back nest and sitting while all agro parents walk towards the spot your at (very slowly might I add) you have all in one spot... With enough time to grab the eggs from both other nest locations٫ I got 8 eggs doing this٫ also little tip if your in a private server with a tether to the host... Put beds far enough away that when host dies and re spawns they'll do what me and my friends call A "ripcord" and get you out ASAP. I feel like it was an unintentional use of the tether but we use it for egg snatching

When gathering eggs in the cave wear hazard gear to protect you from fire damage/attacks.

Found out you can ride gasbags on genesis and they work pretty well for quickly getting in and out with an egg, plus they can tank a lot of damage if you get hit by the fireballs

If trying to get one on the switch version they instantly respawn literally as you kill them. Here is a tip on how to get the eggs on switch: take a gasbag or whatever you use to get in the volcano (I prefer gasbag) and bring a velo or really any passive tame. With the magmasuars attention land on a safe cliff and toss out your passive tame within agro of the magmas: leave the passive tame, fly off out of render and come from the back side and grab your egg. They will chase you etc but leave render and repeat. Recommended to use a passive dodo in case the volcano erupts before you can grab it.

You probably won’t get outside of the cave you might get yo egg from unless yo got a high level bloodstalker and use at least 26 ACs to incubate the egg

For some reason this works. Just hang from above a nest and then drop it there aren’t any ON the nest. Then grab and then quickly escape ( do all these on a bloodstalker ) in the time it takes for them to first Agro animation, then there ai says don’t swipe just charge a ball. It’s surprising how much time you have to grab a egg and get away is much larger than you think. Want proof, watch AxeMan’s idea when he gets his. He uses this strategy

Bring a good Assault Rifle or Fabricated Sniper when going into the cave. Kill all the nearby magmas on the nest you’re targeting. Go down, get the eggs, get out. Easy 2 eggs every time. (This is on official server)

To tame one of this things on fjordur. All you need is 2people with 2raptors that are not important, run inside the wyvern cave (good stam&speed) try rub through everything go in jump to the left and grabb a egg then use the teleportation to teleport anywhere safe, (we just did it and came our with 1raptor dead, 145egg

I summoned a male and female using the command gmsummon “cherfue_character_bp_c” 55 100 false I made them sit in the lava at the center map and it worked to breed them

Easiest way to get eggs is with skiff grabbing a tribe member with a whip. Hover over egg and whip

I’ve learned that throwing a high level Rex to kill everything works really well

Maturation on small tribes is 5x faster than indicated atm

To tame Magmasaur you must steal the egg

Best way to get eggs is to leave 3 or more rexes at the entrance by the eggstraction mission. Run multiple people in on 1 rex at a time. Eat cactus brew, parachute, teleport, grab egg, and run back. Rinse repeat, just make sure you leave the rexes in a safe point in the cave away from magmas and golems.

You can't tame adults so I suggest look for the in the volcano where they then get the egg becarefull so non of them know then put the egg in the center of a torch circle like the wyvern it might work just advice
