These guys get around 2 times more metal then an anky, the element shard crystals give you 6 times the stone you would get from a normal rock but they don’t get any shards although they can get lots of dust on extinction I think 3 times

Best way to get egg is by going to the dodic race then don’t do the race but go into the cave and grab eggs b/c the dodic is invincible but you have to have a friend ride it in.

Recommend using a mag, stalker or Rex for this meta. Raise a pack of good stat argies, imprint them. Have a gang of around 8-10 follow you on high and whistle attack target on a mag in the lava pits, most of the other mags run into the fight but because of the agro cloud, argies fly and are tricky to hit by a mag they end up being a big distraction while you take the eggs. Once you’ve got your eggs whistle them passive following and HLNA teleport out, argies will survive the explosion as long as you are in your mag saddle. This works a dream

Smelting is pretty bad. I would use a Phoenix instead if you really dislike forges. Otherwise, bring your own ingots for fireball projectiles and only use its smelting if you run out

You have to go on top of the vulcano,to cords X:78 Y:18.

You need a parachute, grappling hook and maybe some sleeping bags and it's always good to bring some water with you.

Now you have to run in the cave and follow the crystals.

When you see a big hole use the para and jumb down.It's very helpful to land on a high rock or a ledge to spot an egg and may wait for an pefekt opportunety.

Now all you have to do is use the para again and land near a nest, grab the egg and use the grappling hook to get to an ledge or any high ground where you can't get shot and now tp. out and you've got it.

Magmasaurs are excellent in collecting stone, crystal, and metal. Metal receives a very notable weight reduction. They can do full damage to rock golems as well. X-golems taking less damage as an X creature.

Their smelting is lackluster, very slow for the incredible amount of food it uses to smelt. Stick to a pheonix that does so passively, unless you're in the lunar biome for ambergris to keep them fed.

Having one makes getting eggs easy, but it is still easier to shotgun the wild ones then get the eggs, if you've a decent scattergun.

To feed baby u need to let food deplete almost all the way before he can hold the ambergris and they eat ambergris till full grown

This dino eats from a tough when growing up just out its food in there and you can get some sleep after ten percent. Us a tek tough tho. Ps. I have ten and it's great time saver on official.

To breed magmasaurs they need to be in lava...

Lower yourself with a bloodstalker then get out as fast as you can.

They are strong against bullets, use teeth or compound bows to kill.

Parachute on egg and start teleportation. A few seconds before you travel grab egg and you will be out of there. Wicked easy

If you see them you’re turning into ashes simple

The best way to get eggs is to get a high level bloodstalker due to its ability to web sling around the cave and withstand lava more then other creatures and the can web sling even when weighed down hope this help up this so everyone can see

Baby magmas wont grow fast enough to be able to hold the 5 weight it needs for 1 food

Eats both berries and raw meat. Can smelt metal into ingot, make gasoline, etc. Eats a TON of food doing this though.. so be prepared! Gathers resources such as stone, metal, obsidian, wood, thatch, etc. I have a lvl 190 with 60% imprint, and it's weight is 1059.5 so it can hold a lot. Very powerful on top of all this. Definitely recommend getting one! New survivors be wary! This creature.. tamed or wild.. can mess your day up if not well prepared

You can activate the “Magmasaur heat” damaging effect by holding the secondary attack in until you have 100% searing spit, then primary attack (bite) and you will cancel the searing spit attack, and the charge will slowly go down, doing a good amount of heat and fire damage to any creature in a radius, this doesn’t trigger neutral creatures like trikes into attacking you, they can be killed as they don’t count the magmasaur heat damage as you attacking it.

Hold down triangle or set on wondering to smelt Iron and cook meat

This guy is probably ur best bet at raiding as his explosion does tons of damage and is an all round great mount to have (as long as ur not in the attic or water!)
