Lots of ammo ( around 200-300 just to be safe )

1. At night use the cloak ability on your desmodus to sneak into the magmasaur cave unnoticed.

2. Find the high lvl eggs ( they’re usually the most guarded eggs )

3. Latch onto the roof with the desmodus and equipt your rifle.

4. Shoot and kill any magmasaurs guarding the egg

5. Steal the egg then fly out of there as fast as you can.

Guys if you want to get one of this you should go with a tapejara then you land in the nest and pick It the tapejara It to have a lot of wheigth (sorry if mi english IS bad because im form spain

If you enable smelting it drains a lot of food. But it eats stone if you put it in first slot in inventory and they collect a lot of it really A LOT.

Its saddle is unlockable at lvl 95 but it isn't in dododex

You need ambergris which is located in the lunar biome in green rocks to raise a magmasaur.

You need to use cactus brew to not be see by them then parachutbintovtheir nest teleport with lhna just before teleportation pick up the egg or grapple parachute up the nest can also despawn while picking the last egg making you fall in the lava

For those of you that are raising your very own magmasaur and are too afraid to get a good nights rest in fear of it starving to death. You’re in luck! If it has at least 2,000 food with some ambergris in its inventory/feeding trough. You can safely sleep for 6 hours with no worries.

Easiest way to get the eggs is to actual use the bloodstalker if u caould get one which I was able to do by myself.Just jump to the eggs then jump back out to teleport to wherever your base is.

Magmasaur+rhyino is crazy good

Preferably use a glider suit or if you transfer from gen2 or abb use maewing or rockdrake or megalania preferably a rockdrake to get in and out with very minimal work.

I was really struggling to get an egg and now I have a family of magmas thanks to this. what I did was use a shadowmane to jump and stealth though the bugs and once your at the nest area jump as high as you can and try to land in the nest and then hit cloak as soon as you touch ground. Quickly grab the egg hop back on your shadowmane that should still be cloaked and then super jump out also leave your shadowmane on passive and no follow as if it follows you and steps in lava ur dead with it
