They will only be aggressive towards you if you steal their egg.Dont steal their egg they will not like you...

Ok so if you are on mobile, I figured out how to tame them with no violence. I put amarberries in my hotbar guessing that was like have them "out". Started following g this little guy around, and behold, his tame meter started rising!

Lystrosaurus:Easy Taming- Feed Mejoberries when ever it gets hungry.

-Speed:Pretty fast for its weight.

*Most Important for Beginners or others:If u tame a couple of these guys, U will have extra protection, they're big,strong, can keep up with u sometimes- they're very fast for their size and weight!*

Good for beginners. Easy to tame and really cute ^ ^

Put Rare flower or mejoberries in the last slot on your hot bar to tame.

Me and my tribe love our lystro. They honestly don’t have any use to us anymore as we have all maxed our levels. But these critters are certainly a nice form of company. To tame them you can take some mejo berries. I believe aquatic mushrooms may work too if you are on aberration.

If your bearly starting consider taming a hole pack of these and your dinos well be in great condition.the more you have the Xp and levels you get for your tames.

If you think this is a slow dino put lystro in a female procoptodons pouch. It can carry lystro even you mount off. You can pet it while its inside the pouch and give those sweet Xp buff to your other dinos

When you find one tame it by feeding mejoberry or tintoberry

None feed it mejoberrys or rare flowers

I tamed it until when I tamed it a 3 raptor came out I killed one of them but my little dude protected me from them he died :(

If you are looking to make kibble from their eggs, than get 10 females and two males and stay at you base always petting them because the produce eggs even slower than scorpions.

No need to knock out as it is a passive tame. Berries is best if a player does not have Rare Flowers. Easy tame, however, annoying because it will continue to walk around. Trapping it in a small area would best make it an easier tame and less wandering.

Once tamed, petting the Lystro will give experience boost to any dinos as well as players that are in its radius. I believe it lasts 5 minutes. So, when crafting a bunch of items, pet these little dogs.

I always have these around my base with an oviraptor and a trough for my egg farms. Then I check all three for proper maintenance.

They are on Lost Island, since the map is new they are still loading more dinos to the app 🤙🏼

When taming, use rare flowers. Trust me on this one.

Use these little puppers to keep you company while you rule the ARK. They may also make your dumb Dinos smart like this little pupper.

Tame one so you can pet it to give a level up boost to your dinos in the area. SO CUTE 😍

Before the nerf, these guys destroyed metal structures and killed allosaurs, now they just give an emotional boost.
