If you get leached, don't freak out, worst possible scenario from getting leached is that you freak out, run to your base, use all of your Stam and stop walking and you get attacked by something (baryonyx, sarco, kapro, titanboa, ect.) Or that you somehow forget that it stuck to your face and realize it who knows how long later (10, 20 minutes maybe no clue) when in red print, "you have died." These are definitely not something to worry about too much, but try to get it off the first chance you get.

To the post that said they weren’t sure if swamp fever exists in mobile, it does. I’ve gotten it on mobile. Also I was killing animals in the swamp with my dire wolf and it said killed infected leech in the kill feed.

They are rare but don’t give up you will find one!!!

Remove it with an argentavis or jump on fire

If your looking for leach blood get scuba and go the the swamp cave with a bary then begin the extermination

Fire still works to get rid of them just tested it

They suck to get on you fight from long range

Hello everyone i think this is important how to escape to this creature if you hit by this creature it will suck your blood but you can kill him without using materials you only need to built a campfire light up the campfire and get in the fire to kill the leech but make sure you have a lot of health so you won’t die i guess you guys understand me and thank you guys for reading it if this tip got 30 i will tell about how to tame raptors

If you have a leech attached to your tame on mobile, there should be a grab button when you look at the tame. Press that button and the leech will basically just disappear.

The ones that are brown are “diseased “ and will give you swamp fever.
