When taming use a bola. Super effected and makes poor kappy immobile. However avoid being in front of it bc it can still pounce you if you're close. I learned the hard way as my soon to be kapro decided to take me on a tour in the swamp.

Taming a Kraprosuchus is almost the most hardest thing if your not lucky

Be careful my tribe and i lost a level 228 raptor and one level 212 sabertooth to these things. They are very dangerous especially when crossing swamp bring a rex or big creature to cross swamp at all times.

Where are the recipes for eggs, you don't seem to even acknowledge that they drop eggs?

It is hard to get these guys, but I find the best way is to use Chitin or better armour and a good tranq crossbow. They don't do much damage with enough defense, so you can quite easily tank them. I have only tested this on low levels, use Flak or better for high levels!

Watch for them in the river basins of scorched earth. The buggers are everywhere.

I recommend putting a lot of raw meat in his inventory and lots of raw practice bqr

Make sure your on high ground to tame the am in a swamp cause of leaches

Best way to KO is by letting it grab you with its mouth. While in it jaws pummel it with tranqs

If you find yourself not on a mount, try using a sword when it grabs you.

Do the absolute b1 from them

Get to a rock and Trank dart it but be careful if you can get to it on land it will come around and eat you

Tame with a longneck rifle it's a one shot knock out and use prime or kibble I recommend a pelagonis and a argy for taming

What do there eggs do I have loads of them?

a high level take is very good to have, but whenever you are fighting with it make sure you don't fight anything to big.. it can't death trap large animals which is a key feature to this tremendous tame. This is a very good tame for gathering meat, even fish meat, also very fun and reliable to have whenever going on ventures by yourself.. but whenever you have it following make sure to check up on it because the walking system this baby has tends to find itself stuck on props, overall this was a very well made new animal!

Lure it out of the swamp so you dont die and then bola it, 5 darts later its sleeping. Give it some meat/kibble and then wait. Once this baby is tamed things are gonna get a lot easier for you. Perfect mid game tame.

Had a quetz grab it & dropped it into a stone taming pen made of stone window walls & a dino gate. Tamed a level 25 with prime no issues. Not a horrible torpor but should still be watched carefully.

You'll laugh but the way I tamed mine was to shoot it and let it grab me. This way it also helped that when he ran due to torpor too high he took me with. No chasing. Armor up and have a buddy in case you get adds. They can help tranq too. Marsh is dangerous. Just a bit easier on scorched earth. Easier to see.
