These creatures are capable of attacking an Argent that is holding them, beware.

Dont try to tame this thing while flying it will grab you out of your Dino. Try to have another tribe mate protect you from the other dinos in the swamp while you tame the kapro

Get ur friend on a argy 2 pick up a kapro then he hovers over the ground then u trank it but make shure your behind the argy or u wont trank the kapro

Very low health creature, be sure to use darts. KO'd a 150 and only had 1000 health. Otherwise very funny tame to have, can be picked up with an argi, swoop at your own risk.

Easy tame just bola or dodge its leap attack. Low hp so farely easy to kill.

Use a bola on these, makes the knockout fairly easy. I stood on top of my quetz, bola, then tranq arrows.

The best way to tame a Kapro without a cage!!!!

I get it to follow me to ground(out of the water), and then face the kapro and run to the side to dodge its jump. Always keep looking at it!! Try to stay close to it and run circles around it ( important to stay behind it ), then shoot it with tranque arrows.

I tamed a Level 100 kapro on first try!!!

You can use a bola on this even after getting caught in it's mouth! Very effective against these beasts!

If playing on scorched and you have a wyvern, the best way to k.o is to land on top of it and stand on the neck/head of the wyvern and tranq it.

Once tamed, you can drag fish out of the water. Use this for an easy meal or to lure a carnivore out. Can also make taming Icthys a breeze

GET you and one tribe member on a raft and have tranq arrows or darts and flak armor. Lead it away from the swamp in east zone and onto a shore and tranq it there if it latches onto you then use a club to try to ko it.

Found it easy to throw a bola at them and easily shoot with tranqs to knock it out.

BEWARE it will knock you off a small tame approaching this with caution is recommended

Just tamed a low level only took a couple frank arrows it's best to trap it in eaither some Dino gates or a small bear trap

Really easy to knock out use bolas and make surebu have a friend with u, once knocked out just give it prime and wait!! Very fun mount, like argie just on ground, picks up raptors and stuff.

Bring a friend, even if you bola it, if it's got you in its jaw, you're dead. Kill something near by and use it as a distraction to bola it before it leaps for you. Darts drop it fast. I would advice, if you don't have them, get them!

Watch out for its leap, it can lock you in its jaw. Make sure to have a shield or 2 people.

Low health with higher torpor.. 2 second count between tranq arrows is what I went with, if you dont have darts. PVE. ALso used a taming boat built off shore,tribe mate as bait.

If they land a successful lunge on you, just throw a bola at it while you're in it's mouth. It will drop you and it will be stuck in place which is SUPER convenient.
