The kaprosuchus will be deep in the swamps, this is not ideal as unwanted aggressive creatures will be lured unless taken care of.

The easiest way to knock out a kaprosuchus would be to use an argentavis or quetzal (argentavis would allow for the creature to be tamed earlier on as it is easier which would be ideal for smaller tribes) to transport to a small taming cage or box. Make sure if you are using an elevated point it is high enough to not get leaped at as the kaprosuchus has a very deadly leap attack, the cage must be tightly sealed as the kaprosuchus has a slim body which can fit through tight gaps and crevices which could lead to the tame losing torpor if not paying attention. The kaprosuchus will move around a lot as will other creatures so you will have to be accurate if you want to use your tranqs to their full extent and not waste any. Although the torpor depletion is quite slow you will want to either make sure the food is on hand or nearby on the knockout.

Step 1 Get a Procoptodon

Step 4 saddle the Kaprosuchus

The easiest way to tame them is take an argy with you to the swap, then locate a kapro and scoop it up with your argy also make sure you bring a high level eagle with enough health so it won’t get killed by the kapro. Then drop the kapro at a safe place and make sure to set your bird to passive so it won’t kill your kapro. Then shoot it a tranq dart (one should be enough) and start taming. Then once it’s tamed just scoop it up with your eagle and bring it home. If your argy is running out of stamina be careful where you land because kapros die very easily. (I’ve lost about 20 kapros because they fell into some phirannhas until I finally was able to get one home) taming them isn’t hard, it’s keeping them alive until they are a decent level that is hard

What body part do they pick you up with?

The poor thing can barely carry a naked human on its back, let alone his/her equipment. But hey, it’s the closest thing we can get to pre-nerf flyers.

I found out you can't escape this creature you're screwed if you try to do that but you can let it charge you and jump when it jumps dodge it and then chase it's tail they have the same turning radius as a sarco they might bite you sometimes but you can kill them before they kill you after all I killed one with my fists, I didn't know what it was so I walked up to it and turned around and ran from me and then turned back around and charged me and killed me so I needed to get my stuff back but he was there so he jumped as soon as he did that I ran to my left and dodged it and ran around his tail punching him until he ko apparently they have low torpor

What are the uses of this? Besides a short distance unique fun hop hop land mount, the sarco feels better at everything besides land, it's even better at harvesting and has lower level saddle + all better base stats

raptor poison does not work on it if it sees a big dinosaur it will stay in the water and attack you if you get close

They need to change the kibble for this to extraordinary kibble so it is harder to tame! Get this to the top so the devs see and change the kibble!

Simple passive tame, feed berries

Able to pull you off of a mount and keep a hold of you wether wild or tamed their speed and high melee damage can be devastating to those on foot and easily fatal when combined with the often surrounding titanaboas and sarcos. Potentially the most valuable way to use a bola.
