Tips & Strategies
Tip 1: Turn autorun on, press "apply" and restart the game(without restarting it may bug and not apply). Without autorun on, when you double tap and hold left side, it won't always sprint, only run. With autorun, it always sprints if you double tap and then hold. It's a bug. You always wanna sprint because of infinite stamina.
Tip 2: When you approach to mount Iguanodon, tap on the top left saddle icon, instead of the normal way on the right side. If you tap on the right, sometimes it may register as action and will make Iguanodon produce seeds instead of you mounting on the saddle. I would also recommend to disable the option that holding tap makes you dismount because some other tames have a hold action, like Trike charge, so you won't dismount while trying to do it.
More Iguanodon Utility Tips
The iguanodonโs seed ability is awesome! Just put a berry into the iguanodonโs inventory, and tap the screen. And a seed will pop up in the iguanodonโs inventory! Pls like so the noobs can see this.
Upgrade weight and speed, you'll have yourself one badass hybrid parasaur gallimimus thing for an early game metal run.
Iguanadons are super slept on for their utility outside of making seeds. They hardly consume stamina when running on all fours, you can use your hotbar while riding them, and they're forever giving you moral support with their permanently fixed thumbs up ๐
Iguanodon is a very useful dino. Its strong, fast, have a lot of stamina, can jump really high, can collect a ton of berries, can turn it to seeds, when u need, and poop for u big eggs. :D A must-have creature in the game.
A must tame, why?
It's easy. Bola, tranq arrows and berries.
Best travel mount: Unlimited stamina and you can improve movement speed. Pump 10 levels into speed and this thing zooms everywhere!
Fairly tanky: It can take a beating meaning better survival chance but also good for taming aggressive creatures.
You can shoot while riding: Making taming safer and easier. Anything tries to run away they have no chance.
Berry Gathering: Good for taming or just eating.
Seeding: Good for starting a small farm of your choice.
They can fight back, fending off Dilos, raptors, even Baryonx and Sarcos.
They can jump: Good for clearing obsticals but also getting on high rocks as a vantage point to tranq out creatures such as Carnos.
They're fast swimmers: Not something you want to take in the ocean but fast enough to cross small lakes and rivers and fast enough to outrun Jellyfish. Mine can outswim a Megeladon lol.
Kibble: They're eggs make decwnt kibble which in turn can help tame decent mounts.
Basically they're awesome!
this is a very strange dino. First it turns any berries in its inventory into seeds. Next it has the ability to change from attack mode to "super speed need no stam" and that's all.
It is like a parasaur, but better. It can jump and attack in one mode, then runs super fast with unlimited stam in the other.
Press C to 'roar' and press RightClick + Sprint to enter a sprint mode, where the Iguanadon seems to go a bit faster and doesn't drain stamin. Press RightClick again to exit sprint mode

Fun fact, it jumps higher than a ravanger.
