Chamce of death much higher then it says. Killed a lvl 15 and a lvl 20 with 1 shot from Longneck 298 despite there being no chance of death warning.

So these are actually useful. If you use it to attack dodos, lystros, fish and other small creatures it kills them and they glow. When they glow and you harvest them you get prime meat from land animals and prime fish from fish.

Don't try to use a club to knock these out. I learned that the hard way.

So this guy is super cool he will get you fish and then bring it back to you without you having to attack the fish! I have 2 of them (one named razorbeak the other stork) Stork is like my little baby so i send RazorBeak to go fishing for me. To get them to hunt for you just take them off follow put them on hunt and retrieve then on aggressive... They usually won't attack anything other then a fish or dodo when you do this.. I get prime fish meat all the time now so no more hunting for me!!!

Tame one, set it to hunt and aggressive and it will get quite a bit of fish!

Great for farming prime from fish, but it fails at attacking small land animals to turn them to prime. Even after penning, using the bola, and KOing the prey before the attack, the Ichthy just cannot attack any animals lower than your knees.

Will fit through doorways, and can damage greenhouse as well as stone (Xbox, 212 official pve)

Um, dunno if this is new or not, but anything that it can get prime from after taming it can pickup and kill wild. Just lost a nice Lystro to it. They don't leave a bag of the non-food items behind, either, so you lose EVERYTHING the Dino was carrying for you; mats, tools, structures and skins go poof.

Useful for taming pelagornis,baryonyx,hesperornis of otter that has been announced.

Despite being a seagull it does not flee but like modern day seagulls it does steal food from you.

First of all on the taming endeavor. Make all foods are stacks of one and clear your taming group because you'll probably have to use whistles. Mine tore off on a killing spree instantly on tame. I suggest a bola and placing your first shot from far away. That'll give time to spin up the bola.

Once tame I suggest setting 'Hunt and Retrive'. My trials on hunt have resulted in chasing it to get it to go passive and land.

If anyone knows why it has a saddle slot I'm very curious to know why.

These things are anoying on xbox they keep your crossbow pike etc so stay AWAY

If you are trying to fish for blueprints kill every one of these you see. They'll fly up and grab the best fish.

Bring extras and inventory decoys. These little shits are thieves and unlike pegos you don't get it back.

Bola it and tranquility it down as soon as possible. Best to bring nothing but kibble or meat, bolas, tranqs/weapon, and a lot of narcotics.

Sometimes walks on Land. Pain in the ass when in steal Mode. Steals everything and eats it. Even steals weapons but Drops them away from you. Hard to Hit with any weapons or Dino. Beste weapons is flamethrower
