I had some near my base in Ragnarock, and one swooped down, picked up my dodo like dead fish, killed, and ate it! These things are the bane, (and help if tamed) of low level players!

Stole and ate an entire stack of narcotics I was going to use very early game... great game 10/10

Kill them while you can and watch out for them at all times. I lost 90 narcotics to these guys

I always keep my stacks of narcotics and other precious stuff completely split. It May make a mess in my inventory, but when those bastards be thievin', I'm like "what ever".

An Ichty once took a stack of narcotics off a Therizino I had KO'ed. Nearly killed "my" tame. Ran out of narcotics - taming failed. Just another day on Ark :-)

Just as a heads up, these guys arent just flying pegos in the whild, they also knock weapons out of your hand and toss it onto the ground

Try to avoid, they steal your items and small pets and can be hard to kill. I suggest that you use a spear or pike since I can't bola shoot or club this thing

useful for getting prime fish from all the small fish

Target practice,just get a fabricated sniper and have those memories of the video game duck season come flooding back

They do seem to have a headshot modifier, aim for the body with tranq darts to avoid killing higher levels

If you get targeted by these a lot simply get a wyvern or if your not ready to tame one of those a pterdon and chase them around attacking them until they are gone

This is kind of expensive but slingshot or tranq to get attention then bola it when it dives at you like so people see it

Don’t use crossbow with tranq arrows cuz it’ll die in one shot

Now these ugly things are stupidly annoying try to avoid these as hard as possible. Now if you are in a situation use a crossbow or a bow they don’t have that much health and I have seen videos saying that a crossbow and a bow are your best options to take these out. I HOPE IN THE FUTURE ARK REMOVES THESE STUPID SEAGULLS!!!!!!!

Might not be the easiest or best tame but gathers food early game if you get it

One of my personal favorite tames. They're extremely fun to use, and extremely useful for killing fish then using a sickle to harvest raw prime meat from them, and use the meat to tame carnivores much faster. For something really fun, tame at least 12 or so and put them all on aggressive! Also, tranq arrows are much easier than bolas, I suggest using them.

You will kill it with a long bow at low levels around 16 even though it says you won't

These little shits are pretty annoying to tame you should bring at least 30 narcotic

Stay away from these, they take your stuff and eat it right away and they do a lot of damage, if your a low level your screwed big time, if you’re a medium level sling shot it or tranquilize it and tame it, it’s nice for catching small fish in shallow water. If you’re a high level snipe these bad boys or shoot a cannonball at it and watch it go “ Flying.”

Only That the Pegomastax can give You the Items back but the Ichtyornis eat the Items. Be carfuly and a Tipp: Have all your Time Berrys in your last Item Schlot because they stell the Item in the last Item Schlot First.
