Trap or lure the Hesperornis into a secure enclosure near water, then kill fish without harvesting them and drag the corpses to it for passive feeding. An Ichthyornis set to hunt and retrieve can efficiently collect fish for you, while larger salmon are generally effective; keep predators away and make sure to choose the feed option rather than dropping the corpse.
