READ IF YOU WANT A GRIFFIN (The easy way)

Personally, griffins are my favorite tames. I have three and I plan on going on 4 (I’m only 12).

So you’re gonna want 4 stone dinosaur gateways and two reinforced dinosaur gates. Next, set the trap up near the griffin (not too close!!). You’ll set it in a straight line so that it looks like a square tunnel. Now put the gate doors on the last and first gate. Leave them open. Then, get the griffin to chase you!! These buddies have a very large turn radius so it might take a while to get it in the trap. Once in the trap, CLOSE BOTH DOORS AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!! Then shoot it with tranq arrows (I used tranq but you can use something else if you want). Once knocked out feed it prime meat or just regular or whatever tames it. My griffins torpor didn’t go down as fast as I thought it would, but bring narcotics or have narcoberries with ya just in case. And, BAM you got a griffin!!!!

For name ideas just go to the name idea filter and look for LittleWolf!!!

In Fjordur they are in 10 50 side of map (orange biome) in the mountains near the lake.

You’ll need a lot of tranq arrows to tame them.

In my attempt at taming one I’ve noticed that brontos spawn rather frequently near the lake so prime meat is easy to get.

A easy way to trap is to use 4 stone Dino gateway, 2 reinforced Dino gates

Don’t let your extrusive thoughts get to you and eat all the narcotics your self (I did)

You are taming this guy in mobile first complete Persuet kill dilophosaurus then get reward and knock out this guy

Many Griffin have not tamed but mane is tame

On mobile you can buy a crown out of ancient amber that will make the griffin respect you but you still have to knock it out,

You do not need a saddle for a griffin

If you guys are playing in mobile to tame a griffin you need to have the golden crown skin or be level 85 or higher if not it will not repeat you and it will not eat

You can tame these things with tranq arrows no matter the level, just have a magnifying glass and when u notice the health starts to become low have a friend feed themselves to it and it will regain a lot of health 😃, not sure if this works with dino bodies as I’ve never tried.

First u have to tranq it then feed it u need a lot of narcotic to also then feed it

Griffins are great I’d recommend using a trap for a good lv they are so fast with the dive bomb and can carry 3 people you the passenger and you can pick up one but if you pick someone up in the griffin claws you can’t dive bomb

Griffin does not respect me whats the solution

Pretty stupid if I am being honest. These things are really dumb and pathetic. They take literally hundreds of tranqs. Don’t waste your time on these worthless things. Get a pterodon instead because their attack is spot on and they are faster. And also guess what, you can bola said pterodon AND knock it out with a fist! WOW I know! Also Griffins are disappointing. They make look so fast and cool, BUT they are really slow, slower than a peleganornis, they waste your time, and 100% of the time you will die or you will kill it trying to tame it. How many tranq arows for griffin

bring stacks and I mean STACKS of tranq bullets cause I shot a lvl 180 griffin 270 times and I had to punch him to knock him out

Don't know where to find these but I have ran into one and trust everyone when they say you NEED a trap

I knocked it to unconscious but it is not respecting me

My level is 47

So I was unable to tame

I can't find any on nintendo switch.

If you dont whana do a trap you should use harpongun and net projects its very easy then. Highly recommend using raw muton! Hop its useful
