You can actually find these on Extinction. You will locate them in the sanctuary in different locations. Sometimes you can find them in the entrances of the sanctuary to the waste land.

Shares therizino spawns. Whilst nests are sometimes near the rivers' edges, they can also be found on grassy plains near green ob, and in the middle of the forest north of red ob.
