You can actually find these on Extinction. You will locate them in the sanctuary in different locations. Sometimes you can find them in the entrances of the sanctuary to the waste land.

I was little skeptical about this creature but once I saw the concept art I was all in! Reminds of like an ostrich mixed with a peacock. Totally cool!
