In my opinion the best way to taim a giga is place don’t a square of metal Dino gates pick up one that’s in the Direction of the giga and place a large bear trap. Bait it into the best trap then place the last gate behind it. As when it’s traped in bear trap it can’t attack. Then your free to nock it out. Keep in mind they eat a lot so it is a pretty quick tame. But be carful as a high level can one hit you through goof flak.

Quite an easy game if u follow these steps:

1. Find Giga

2. Pause game

3. Press L1, R1, Square and Triangle all at the same time

4. Type in “forcetame”

5. Party

just get raw prime meat and raw meat with a lot of biotoxin

Im gonna be 100% honest im a level 81 and i tamed 3 gigas level 20-30 when you get the hang of kiting a giga into 3 metal dino gates and a bear trap it gets easy but be careful when using a flyer i lost a level 206 ptera and a imprinted level 226 tape to a giga beacause of its high aoe but im under leveled and still tamed 3 gigas if you want use bee honey to lure one into the trap i tamed all my gigas using this strat but i did use a mastercraft longneck or ascendant crossbow(im not in a tribe all solo tames seriously good luck taming and remember tamed giggas are alot worse than wild ones my first giga had 80600hp when tamed 17800😢good luck and happy taming

If you guys are going to use the metal gate trap, then don’t use snap points because if you do the cage will be too small and the giga will get out. Leave about 2 feet in between each gateway.

If you are playing mobile and have alote of Amber you can use the ocean trick, a giga will NEVER go swimming so you can shoot the giga with a compound now and shoot him BUT you have to be as far away from land to the point that if he comes to you he will swim BUT he will go right back to land and not come to you so you can shoot the giga until he or she goes down then feed him or her quetzal kibble

Don’t try to raise a giga... It’a a complete waste of time because you need to hand feed them for about an hour and they eat almost 20 stacks of meat for 1% of their growing process. Just tame one... Just use 4 metal Dino gates and put 3 into a square formation and put a large bear trap in the middle. Lure the giga into it and when it is caught, put the last Dino gate in the empty space then make it look like a porcupine with arrows.

Do not try and tame it in the open trap then knock it out and tame it

To knock out bring a whole bunch of shocking tranquilizer darts, and full trek armor. Move around a lot, and don’t stay in one place, as it circles around you until it closes in. Bring a whole dang bunch of meat. Like 6 triceratops worth. Then enjoy scaring the heck out of the enemy tribes.

Yes they are cool to have but the one I tamed had really low stats and it takes forever to get around and slow to kill things:(

It takes longer to use kibble if your server taming rates are on 1000x

I once tamed one of these with nothing but wooden clubs but I had seven helpers in my tribe.

So I just went after a level 7 and shot 150 tranq darts into him, going back eventually but I’d definitely recommend using a trap. Every time he gets close to a KO he feeds on something. And there is no way to stop it.

I’ll say this, don’t listen to this app, I got the exact materials but when it came down to taming it, it did not tame at the exact time it said it would, double the time needed, because the app is lying to you on the stats

I always find gigas close to the tek cave entrance (volcano just outside of the redwoods)

In prim+, use 80 steel pillars (5x5x5) leave an entrance (you put 3 pillars on ground 1 hight) and 5 giant bear traps. The bear traps leave you anough time to place the remaning pillars to trap the giga. With 2 person we used about 1700 tranq with 13 crossbow 100% xD. Long tame but we got a lvl 290.good luck and have fun.

Dododex said 207 tranq arrows for 150 giga with my 270% crossbow, 350 arrows later and it’s still awake and now I’m out of arrows, bring 2x the amount it says or more if you can

If you find a wild giga knock it out from a distance and don’t use your favorite bird.
