Since extinction drop, don't trust the starve food target goal for mutton. Tried taming a level 20 and put in at target value. Still have 5 or 6 mutton to go

How to kill a giga (very risky)

Step 1:tame multiple t rexes (or a titanosaur)

Step 2:find a while giga

Step 3:use the target whistle AND RUN FOR YOUR LIFE

Step 4:your trexes (or titanosaur) has killed a giga

I just tame a giganotosaurus lvl 230 on mobile, with tranq arrow and primitive bow (it broke 7 time lol), no balm, no hide sleeping bag (that use for make the process faster), using coocked fish, and narcoberry to stay it unconcious

If you want to tame one

Take an extra 100 or so traqs and narcotics

Mobile: get on a fast tame and get 4 metal billboards or 3 metal dinosaur gateframes with gates. ( bring quetz kibble or prime, also bring soothing balm and bio toxin, as well as longnecks and darts or crossbows and toxicant arrows) go next to giga, place down gateways and gates or billboards, shoot it untill unconscious. Shove food bio toxin and soothing balm into its mouth. Boom: tamed giga- elkwing

Gigas appear in Fjordur, Northern lake just west of the redwood. On 3x my buddy and I got a shitton of tranq darts, rode two Desmodus and kited back and forth for a while. firms. 2 that way.. They appear in normal and R form, can't mate the two forms.

Make sure to store and fill maewings constantly. We have lost lvl 360 gigs cause of starvation.

Trap it in a metal cage and just keep foreign at it with a crossbow

Para você brasileiro que usa o dododex. Quando for domar um giga, não se esqueça de levar a sua longneck ou a sua crossbow (leve 400+ flechas tranquilizantes se a sua crossbow tiver mais de 180%+ de dano, o mesmo serve para os dardos tranquilizantes). Caso você não tenha uma crossbow ou longneck boa (o que eu acho difícil, sabendo que você está querendo domar um giga), prepare-se com mais de 800 flechas ou 750 dardos. Recomendo levar uma argentavis com todos os materiais para reparo das armas, e caso você não tenha uma ascendente ou mestre, garanta mais de 10 armas. Na hora de atrair o giga, atire nele DE LONGE e leve ele até a sua trap, que eu imagino que você saiba como faz. Não deixe sua argentavis muito perto da trap, e não tome nenhuma abocanhada desse gigante, caso não tenha uma armadura boa. Espero ter ajudado você!!

These thing are pain in ark mobile, cause it can ghost hit

- Lure it into a flat and peaceful area.

- Trap it. 4 metal billboards and a large bear trap will do the job nicely.

- Tranq it (staying on a quetz platform is a good option if there're many predators on the ground).

- Clear the area with your favorite pet as soon as the giga is sleeping.

- Check regularly it's torpor, you don't want it to wake up.

- When its hunger has dropped significantly, give him some kibbles (or your taming food).

- Once tamed, use it to murder all the microraptors and ichtyornises of the map.

Tamed one with normal raw meat 😳😳

I tamed one on Ragnarok and by the volcano area there is a little ravine, cover both sides with metal gateways and fly over it while leading the giga there, saves resources and it doesn't have many places to go, I tamed 3 pretty quick doing this.
