Encountered my first giga today, it was a level 40 on medium diff. Dunno how i tamed it using stone behemoth gates, 50-ish tranq darts, 2 prime meats, 10x balm, a tapejara. And an overflowing rage of the amount of times I've died in the past hour. It accidentally bit a titan because there was a raptor under its foot. It died in less than 1 minute. Neat.

Uh so I'm smart and dont bring my spino up to mountains I haven't explored first with my argent. So im on mobile so I go to Griffin rock as I call it and I find a level 1 giga I'm like YEEEEES but then I see it's a male and I'm not a sexist but I prefer females for the eggs and so I was in awe because I've never seen one. So later I get the fur amor set and I go to a snow mountain and what do I see a level 1 giga. So after the first giga I'm like its gonna be a male isnt it but I was wrong. It was a female. I now worship it until I can tame it

I encountered one in the wild 145 and I was in a cliff and all I did was shoot tranq dart in his brain he didnt run he was still agrro and the the female giga came up behind me and my life was ruined

one day i was grinding and I found a level 145 GIGA, I was got 500 tranquilizer darts with a mastercraft rifle and 300 narcotics I nicked him out and I broke the gates, I ran to get exceptional kibble and I found my giga dead with a level 150 car car next to it… I died.

Be carefull of a gigas bite range and damage!

It happened me often that when i fly over a giga i think it wont hit me but his biting range is HUGE And he does a LOT of damage

Ah yes the giga… i rember when I killed my first one I got it agroed on me and I got up on a high cliff used pump shoty/ longneck rifle took forever since I only had primitive ones lol so much ammo wasted

I can grow to respect the powerhouse that is this apex predator, but previous studies on real life fossils may have suggested that they were pack hunters, though they were likely less intelligent than a Tyrannosaur. Glad THAT is not in the game,

With this new map Fjordur I just absolutely love this map most of the time u find some regular annoying snappy gifts but sometimes u find yourself a nice beautiful Halloween colored R giga so I made a trap with metal gates and a bear trap and this trap looks too small so I’m like sweating and shaking so hard thinking me and my owl are gonna die. I try to aggro the giga but he’s eating an Ovis and oh my goodness he took like 5 freaking min to eat 1 Ovis but eventually he aggro onto me and I got him stuck haha and then he try’s biting the metal or the bear trap I can’t tell and then I hear stomp stomp stomp and I think oh giga stop stomping and then I’m like wait that sounds really Clo- AAAAA there’s his mate a purple orange R giga and I’m like what the **** and he try’s eating me but I get away haha and I chase him into a ravine phew 😮‍💨 I am shaking and sweating so hard and I look at the giga and few he’s still there and it took so many darts and some prime meat but I finally did it and yes I know it sounds like it’s a happy ending but it’s not. I have the soul trap mod on btw. I grab the giga and I try getting out of there but instead my level 243 bird flys at something trying to attack it and I see raptors coming so I run I run for my life and I was like wait these are rapto- nope I run I see sabers and then a spino and I run so much and I lose stamina and I have to stand still and then I see some thing horrifying. LEVEL 134 SNOW OWL eaten by a raptor I was so mad I was killing everything I was in rage mode and I didn’t hear the R Giga stomping up behind me and then chomp and I’m gone

Found one near the snow biome with level 60, I'm currently at level 73. So should i tamed it? Requesting an opinion from you guys. Fyi, I played at mobile. And how suppose i do it if i want to tamed that 'beast'?

Once there was a nest. It was a dodo nest. The mother dodo that built that nest was a proud dodo. In her nest there were 5 eggs. They were dodo eggs. One fine spring day, the mother dodo decided she would take a well earned break from sitting on her eggs. After all, she wasn't very smart and it had been 3 whole hours since she had last had a break. While she was walking in the field, an oviraptor stumbled on her nest. Right as it was going to swipe those 5 delicious looking eggs, a rex chomped it, making it drop the one egg it had been carrying home. Well the rex left and the proud mother dodo returned to find that one of her 6 beautiful eggs(not very smart) had mysteriously grown. She might have thought about this longer, but she heard a small crack from her 6 beautiful eggs. "Oh my," she thought, "my little birdies will be here soon." Well, after 3 long hours of laborious watching, 5 of her eggs had hatched and she busied herself with teaching her dodolings to preen, after all she wasn't very smart. As her five dodolings were busily preening, a loud 'CRACK' came from the 6th egg and pieces of thick shell went flying everywhere. One of those pieces het the mlm other dodo square in the head, knocking her out cold. The 6th baby looked around at the scene. The 5 considerably smaller dodolings looked up and started mocking their bigger sibling. They called it Featherbrain, Baldy, Shaq and dumdum. Well, the big dodoling laughed with them, right up until one called it 'ugly'. Dodos take their appearance personal. Without a second thought, the big dodo chomped up the 5 little dodos and the mother dodo, who was still out cold.

Moral: Dont mock those that can chomp you.

I killed this with 2 arge’s one level 52 and a level 90

Just tamed one but why dose damage and stamina only gotta go up by 0.4 im too lazy to spend hours breeding and getting a better one

I remember when i was killing a giga with a soon-to-be tribemate, and i also remember that my game crashed like 7 times, principaly on the end of the battle, when my argie was at brink of death, every time i loaded up the game bacl and back again due to that, it was like having a stroke
