If you're on a pvp server and the person you're raiding has a giga, if you can, focus fire on it...it will eventually enrage and attack all its friendly dinos and structures around it

Can someone actually puts tips here that could help rather just saying run and stuff cuz I generally want to know how to find one

For people trying to tame this thing, Make a trap, if u dont u will possibly miss some shots, and with the long reload time, when ur done reloading this thing will already have 0 torpor again, they drop around 600 torpor per second if you dont hit them with tranqs within 6 seconds per shot, if u wait more than 6 secs per shot ur basically making absolutely no progress

If you run into 2 gigas and one yuty and it's carno pack at the same time, except your fath and tell you dino to flee away.

For people who can’t find gigas (mobile), go on the grass plain between griffin mountain and frozen tooth, tidy save and add it in your backup data.After that, roam around frozen tooth and you should see the giga.If you aren’t satisfied with the level/gender then go back to the backup and restore the save.When you go back to the spot where you find your first giga you should see a different one.Repeat until you find the right one

I have one of these I will tell you how I got mine I was on a big hillside

So I could shoot it from the top I need 150 arrows the taming ones

Mine was a level 20 so you might need more than I did make sure you have prime meat it will tame faster than regular it wakes up really easily so make sure you have narcotic with you I need 200.so you might want more just in case hopefully this helps please like it if it helps 👍🏻

At 0.1 consumption speed and 0.1 taming with a level 9999 gigs it will take 7522687 days to tame, along with 576830857 narcotics.

-Gigas can be found in moutain-like areas on many of Ark's maps. They have a saddle unlock at level 96.

-To tame them, you must knock it out. This is very tricky, as they can destroy stone and do hundreds of damage per bite.

-Wild gigas have 80,000 health, while tame ones have only around 18,000 health. Becuase of this, it is NOT recommended to fight a wild giga with a tamed giga.

-Gigas have a rage meter that fills up whenever it takes too much damage in a certain time period. When enraged, it will dismount you and will attack everything around it, including you.

-They are one of the few creatures you cannot take into boss arenas. However, this does not apply to Extinction's titans, as they have open-world arenas.

I see way to meany people use narcotics to keep things asleep,USE FLIPPING BIOTOXIN! It gives 80 torpor and doesn’t do damage, narcotics do 40

Dude, for real, try to help the people that want to find one, use other category to talk this stuff...

For those that want to find one on mobile try the center metal volcano on the realy top or the two ice montains in the top also.

Easy 4-5 metal gates and large bear traps and at least 40 arrows (if taming 2) but for one giga 20 arrows. Oh that's if you have an ascendant or mastercraft crossbows

Do not tame a low level giga its not worth the time or narcotics to tame it. A low level giga has very bad stats such as a low damage and stamina and health. My tribe tamed a level 15 giga and it sucks trust me go big or go home.

I have actually tried using a slingshot on a giga to knock it out. It broke, so I had to repair it many times. It took over 1k rocks-

When you've found a suitable level Giga, find a tall cliff/ledge to shoot from. If stuck on flat land, turn to a platformed Quetz or th backseat of a Tapejara to shoot off of. I recommend to have two or more tribe mates on this tame.

If you’ve tamed one of these, but you’re not lvl 96, run cave of the strong… you’ll get a giga saddle blueprint.

I’m on mobile, so I don’t know about consoles and stuff, but if you cave tame an arthro, you can run the strong cave EASILY. Just take a few fria curry and about ten-fifteen medical brews at the least. Nothing will attack you, and you get some of the best loot in the game. I literally did this cave right after the hunter cave… that’s how easy it was. And look at me! Level 74 and I got me a giga!
