This weird thing looks vaguely like the cross of a giraffe and an ostrich, and is really, really fast! It’s a lot of fun to jump onto this guy’s back and zoom about the island, flipping of the Raptors and laughing maniacally as you go dangerously close to that swarm of Dire Wolves. Really good companions. Take care of them please.

Do not use tranq arrows it will just die

Use rare flowers to lead it into a box and then shut the box and exit out a door. Easy tame

Be careful not to kill these low health creatures and always have someone standing beside it because it's torpor drops fast!

4 tranq arrow with crossbow its down to 9 hp but unconcious. bring lots of narcotics if u use berry , better if u get biotoxin. im on easy mode tho up up

If you're starve taming, don't forget to feed it before its food runs out! You'll be so preoccupied feeding it narcotics that you'll completely forget about it... And it'll die. Honestly, just put the food in right away.

Here's a very easy way to tame these guys TRAP IT IN A CORNER IT CANT GET OUT OF

Ok so to tame one you need to get something that can fly and pick it up.

Step 1. Put a 4x4 hole in your roof.

Step 2. Find a gallimimus on a bird.

Step 3. Pick it up.

Step 4. Put it in the hole you made.

Step 5. Get out a bat or tranq arrows and knock it out.

Step 6. Feed it berries or crops and get a few narcotics.

Step 7. One your gallimimus has woken up and has been tamed, get your bird to pick up your new friend and put it outside (If you want you could leave it in your house.)

Congratulations! You have tamed a gallimimus!!! :D

Fairly weak but I use it to travel very quickly across the islands. I have about 3 or 4 that I switch in and out only leveling up speed.

Starve timing is very useful here as you can keep in eye on the torpor as the food goes down an once you put it in It will practically insta tame make sure that you use bio toxin as you narcotic for increased taming as it is better than narcotics
