To be honest the forest titan is the easiest titan to defeat and tame from my opinion

No, idiots, forcetame is not needed to tame this creature. Stop being bad at the game and actually play it.

You break the corrupted nodes on its shoulders and then its chin to knock it out, and then claim it with E key. This is the second easiest titan to tame solo, as the desert titan is a joke and can be tamed with one quetzal with a platform saddle, and the ice titan is one of the most miserable tames in the game. Use weapons like compound bows and guns to break the nodes.

PS: I glitched the forest titan once by trying to push it off the cliff on its arena using a quetzal (on singleplayer). It just stood there and stopped attacking me, letting me dismount right in front of it and break the nodes with no resistance. Unsure if this glitch has been patched (it’s Wildcard, so probably not), but it did make the titan a ridiculously easy tame.
