Avoid approaching Eurypterids, as their attacks inflict extreme torpor and can quickly leave you unconscious, even near shore. Fight from a safe distance with a crossbow or use a strong aquatic mount such as an Ichthy, Mosa, or frog; they cannot rise far from the seafloor, making ranged attacks especially effective.
