Avoid approaching Eurypterids, as their attacks inflict extreme torpor and can quickly leave you unconscious, even near shore. Fight from a safe distance with a crossbow or use a strong aquatic mount such as an Ichthy, Mosa, or frog; they cannot rise far from the seafloor, making ranged attacks especially effective.
Found in deeps of sea in packs (rarely on island, overpopulated on center and ragnarok) great for early farming black pearls for early squid (tuso)tame, also they drop silica pearls. They do torpor damage, so i suggest you to take atleast megalodon with you. And be care, these bastards are kinda spawning near ammonites.
