On Ragnarok, if you go near the waterfall on the southwest side of Viking Bay some will come on shore. Great way for early chitin if you have a bow.

It is a loster so u can find it at lakes the ocean specificly i have seen one in viking bay ragnorock

These suck, but if you either hit it with pike and back up or use a high torpor Dino you will be fine!

Known to me as the Water Scorpion, they live in the water, BUT THEY CAN COME OUT OF THE WATER AND ROAM THE BEACHES! Like their cousins, the land scorpion (Pulmonoscorpius), they can sting you and give you Torpidity. Overall: AVOID. They do drop Black Pearls though.

If ur new then don’t go anywhere near it. They are SO annoying!

When you see one, they will attack you. Grab a pike or spear, and just hit it / back up a few times. Because they can also be found in vast numbers around Viking bay, grab a friend or 2 to help exterminate.

When you see one and it chases you try to get out of the water but calling your creature to you (if you brought one) if not shoot it with your crossbow or sword also don’t let it get you or you will get knocked out with it’s pincers.

You don't need a spear gun just use a pike and float above them always have still stimberrys in your hotbar when they bite you swim to land ASAP then eat stimberrys

It does lots of torpor so be careful

If you get hit once by this creature early to mid game, your practically dead unless you have high level dinos nearby to kill it. It's got a decent move speed on land as well. Best way to kill them is to aggro then them and swim up to make you sit below you. They cant swim upwards so you know.

Use itchy to kill them, they do massive amounts of torpor!

If ur on Ragnarok then they will float up on land at Viking bay

If you have low torpidity just use a bow or crossbow and move backwards while shooting it in the head with arrows (any will do). Be careful if they hit you, they can put you to sleep.

Been encountering these on the beaches on Ragnarok not even in the water

Good for farming black pearls from them. Also watch out for their heavy torpor attacks. Kill from a distance if you can and then harvest with a pick axe

They are an easy kill if you avoid their attack or you're gonna be knocked out cold just use a spear or pike and float above them

Can be found at the bottom of viking bay. Super easy black Pearl's. Kill one and wait. More will come. Then move a bit and repeat.

With low Equipment do NOT try to kill these for Chitin... They are even with 4+ Resistenz knocking you oit with ond hit do better avoid these guys
