Stories Tips

What are some stories about the equus? Memorable equus stories, wild encounters, and fan fiction.
By the way, my earlier question tip was not meant to say Dododex is bad if anyone thought that. Simply asking a question. But it’s fine now because I found the answer to why the level 50 equus needing only 13 rockcarrots ate 50 and still wasn’t tamed. It is because I’m cursed and the game hates me. (Obviously this is a joke…partially) it didn’t tame so I take my second trike (first one died because I was fighting sad his in a swamp and a paracer walked into me while attacking, and another helped, essentially 2 paracers, a sarcho, and then 2 kapros decided to gang beat me.) I collected 42 rockcarrots with my trike. Then for safety I took it with me to tame the Equus. Which I had tried to tame before. Bad move. One dilo showed, fine whatever die, wait what’s that? Oh! It’s another 3 dilo. Ok just play smart and I can win, yes I killed 3. Oh what’s that, another dilo chased a dodo right into me, great. Oh! Another 2 silos literally jumped off the cliffs around me to kill me. Hey, I’m finally starting make. Oh no, no wild trike don’t walk into me and oops. Oh and you had two friends? Well, rest in piece Impala, you fought until the bleakest end. Oh and by the way, I still failed to tame the Equus with the new 42, even with feeding it 13 carrots nearly immediately and not messing up once. Guess I’ll go tame trike number 3, his/ her name will be Trikeout, at least something good came from this.
#thoughtfulnames For the Equus, “Svadilfari.” In Norse mythology the man commissioned to build the palace of the gods requested the sun, moon, and the right hand of Freya as payment. Odin agreed, on the impossible condition that he finish the task within six months or receive no boon. What he did not know was that the man had a supernatural stallion named Svadilfari who he harnessed to the task. Within days the entire palace was almost built, much to the alarm of all the gods, so Loki changed form into a mare and lured Svadilfari away. The task was not completed within six months, because Loki led the powerful horse on a gallop around the world. Freya’s hand remained intact, and no payment was given to the man. Svadilfari became a wild horse, as fast as the wind itself and as fierce as fire.
i had found a beautiful orange equus and i put it in my taming pin and i started feeding it. it got to 80% when i accidentally scared it (you don’t have to mount them) and it started running, so i waited until it calmed down to tame it. then, it started losing the taming progress and health went down. i was so mad and i thought it needed a friend , (also i was new at the time) so i went where j found mine and instead found a procoptagon. so i brought that back and took the equus out, AND THAG STUPID EQUUS FINALLY DECIDED TO CALM DOWN and i quickly tamed the procomtagon and went to find the equus and it was gone. kinda sad ngl
Sorry about grammar, so im playing ark right and i went to tame a dimorhp for less thdan 2 minutes and for some frickin reason the game spawns two level 60 raptors next to my equus, i read your equus julia was killed by raptard level 60 i wasnt even that far away from my base like why?! The story of an Equus names Zion.
I was born in a small herd near in a peaceful area on a island where there was a lot of resources to survive from, it was quiet, no predators to be seen. I was only a little foal when the ‘incident’ happened. Somehow a pack or raptors managed to get their way onto the island, it was about 4-6 raptors. Suddenly everything turned into chaos.. We were ambushed. The herd scattered in fear and my mother was nowhere to be seen. I tried to search for her only to find her being chased by a raptor. I couldn't follow her, I could've died. As i turned around i saw two raptors looking for the last remaining Equus. I tried running but it was too late, they found me. They pounced on me and i felt their claws digging in my skin. I kicked one directly in the skull, then it fell to the ground. I gave out a fearsome neigh, and the other raptor ran away in fear. I was tired.. I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore. Everything turned black. Am I dead? Out of nowhere i heard a voice.. i couldn't understand what it was saying. I couldn't move. I woke up and saw a human. I panicked and tried fleeing.. but i was too tired. i laid there exhausted. I thought the human was going to kill me, but it fed me rockcarrots and i began feeling more calm.. i started to trust the person. I finally got enough energy to stand up.. i let the human ride me and it led me to its home where they slowly nursed me back to health.. I felt a lot better. The human cared for me and fed me, rode me, and gave me attention daily..One day the human brought home a mare. She was beautiful.. I was in love and she was too. A few Months passed and i became a proud father of two beautiful foals. And lived happily ever after..
(this story is based on true events where i got my first equus names Zion, i hope you enjoyed)
Once I tamed a unicorn not knowing it’s rarity. The next day i was riding around with my pure white bronco and found a pack of five allos. I tried to run back to my little cliff side cave but i only got about twenty feet before the unicorn died. The allos spared me as a punishment for not really respecting the colorless horse.

I once had a Equus named Gut, and he was my primary weight transportation due to me not having an Argie yet. I was harvesting wood for my new base (in a solo world on mobile) when I accidentally hit a bronto instead of a tree. I didn’t want to pick a fight and break my armor, so I started running away. Gut was on Attack Target, so he started attacking the Bronto. However, Gut wasn’t very high level and had minimal health, so he died before I knew it. I became enraged and fired my shotgun at the bronto, killing it in a few shots. I have laid down a sanctuary for my comrades that were lost in combat.

After one month of war in highlands with a nearby tribe(I’m solo and fighting with at least 4) I packed up my my belongings on a convoy of 13 equus guarded by 4 allos, 7 carnos, and 4 Argys. We made it far into the desert and have made a new home. I don’t think they’ll find us here soon. We are hungry. Burned by the sun, but hardened by constant battle
