Он практически бесполезен ,но может кое-где пригодиться.
Полезности😼
1.Оглушение: Полезен при сражении с подводными Альфа Существами ,другими игроками или для приручения других морских существ .(требуется 2-4особи).Их оглушающая атака в больших группах безумно опасна, (они создают электрическую замкнутую цепь ),поскольку враг не наносит такого большого урона и не может убежать. Только Базилозавр невосприимчив к этому, и единственный недостаток в том, что у них мало здоровья.
2.Доступ к реке: Электрофорус меньше, чем многие другие существа, обитающие в океане. Его меньший размер позволяет Электрофорусу перемещаться по рекам и мелководью, недоступным для крупных морских существ .
3.Компаньон в подводных путешествиях: Если вы находитесь на подводном существе и видите угрозу ,свиснете им атаковать эту цель и следуйте в атаку за ними .Из за их наносимого стана они могут помочь вам в неожиданной борьбе ,помочь выжить и спасти вас.Это особенно полезно, если вы слезли с вашего существа и на вас внезапно кто то напал.
4.Коллекция: Если вы коллекционер существ, такой же как и я ,то это отличное дополнение к коллекции из за своего необычного вида и компактности .Так как их приручают крайне редко или вообще не знают о возможности его приручения ,я думаю вы сможете удивить своё племя или других игроков такой живкой.
Приручение😼
1.Приручение пассивное (я приручала биотоксином, так же подойдет баранина и жареная баранина )
Он очень агрессивен ,с широким радиусом агрессии, его шоковая атака ,так же перезаряжается очень быстро (около 10 секунд). По этому у вас мало времени чтобы успеть к нему подплыть и покормить.
2.Вам нужен кислородный баллон(желательно штук 5),ласты ,и остальное желательно из штурмового сета.Так же желательно иметь много очков вкачанных в стойкость у вашего персонажа .
3.Вам нужен Базилозавр ,из за его невосприимчивости к шоковым атакам .
Ни в коем случае не слезайте с седла !
Дайте электрофорусу выполнить свою шоковую атаку,быстро слезайте с седла ,пока его способность не перезарядилась и кормите .Затем так же быстро садитесь на базилозавра(лучше всего присвистывайте базило за собой, для вашей же безопасности )
4.Постарайтесь зачистить местность вокруг ,выманить его на мелководье и действовать той же тактике ,описанной выше.
Важно!
При любом из этих способов возьмите с собой стимуляторы и целебные отвары.
5.Ловушка из колонн:ставьте их так ,чтобы осталось место ,где вы сможете выплыть и где он мог бы заплыть (можете оставить только эти два промежутка а остальное закрыть стенами ) Либо можете сделать плот ловушку .

More Electrophorus Taming & KO Tips
You should ride a Basilo,aggro the eels and then feed them.Usethe basilo cuz it is immune to the shock and is a huge TANK to widstand the tank.
Some taming info:
A tamed tuso can grab these amd a teammate can then feed it bio toxin.
They deal torpor damage.
They have an electric aoe attack that damages and stuns players. While stunned you can feed it if close enough and temporarely use stims and medical brews.
Even with flippers they will outswim you.
Rush in and feed while stunned(use stims and medical brews)
Their electric aoe slows and renders all creutures unable to attack with the exception of the basilosaurus.

Made the mistake now I live under the water permanently as they killed my ichthyosaurs and megoladons and my best friend is a starfish
I'm tired of passive tames not being passive,these guys,spiders,centipedes,mantas,carcharadontosaurus,rhyniognatha,I'm tired of it.
When a titanboa meets a troodon that meets a Cnidaria. Makes your life hell!!
Tame with biotoxin, it's realmente easy to get:).
(Tested in mobile)
1: find some Cnidaria, they spawn near the shore. (The glowing jellyfish, if you don't know how they look)
2: get in the water, then go out. they won't move for some seconds, but they will get closer to you. Do this until they get near the shore, where they can't get you.
3: kill them; DON'T GET TO CLOSER. They can shock you, and you won't move for some seconds. Normally they spawn in groups of 3.
4: farm the biotoxin, you can get around 13 from every corpse.

These are passive tames. In my experience trying to tame a 145. You will find having a Basilosaurus will provide you with a mount immune to the shock.
Wear a combination of Riot and Scuba gear. Bring multiple sets. They will destroy your tanks and flippers if you get hit enough times. Lone eels do not deal enough torpor to be a substantial threat with the riot gear.
The hard part is feeding them. They will glow bright blue (without goggles on) when they have built up a charge, and charge you. Discharge a 7 second stun, bite and then flee.
Lure them into an enclosed area. Such as a trap for water tames or a river. This will reduce their mobility and make them an easier tame than in the open ocean. Because they will flee the majority of the tame if they have the room to do so.

I don’t see why it is a passive tame
Riot armor for torpor reduction and increased oxygen to chase them down recommended
Forget using tames to bait one of these, if you’re on Gen2 just use your tek suit to swim, else use scuba gear using cactus broth (so only the eel goes for you).
This method is probably the easiest way to take one of these and requires next to no mats except a dino to get you there:
1. Make a wooden cage
2. Place it underwater
3. Kite the electro and swim over and on the opposite side if the cage so the eel is following you but swims directly into the open cage
4. Close the cage door
5. Float anywhere where you see the taming bar and not ‘open’
6. Chill out and enjoy your new electro
I did this on gen2 and the eel can not break the cage, easy tame, up this so everyone can see.
