Deodicerus Can curl up in the wild.. but not when tamed I think this should be added if they can curl up in the wild they should be able to curl up when tamed

They sometimes spawn in South zone 2 and the swamp, that's where I see them

No one has pointed out that when you mount these bad boys and hit Right-Click or secondary attack, they will go into Sonic spin mode to travel... Neat!

Hello, this is my second tip after my argy tip, im gonna tell you how to easily tame it and what it was used for,

TAMING:

First you just need to prepare a weapon and the ammo and that was:

1. U can use an bow or crossbow with an Tranq Arrow for knocking it out

2. U can use an riffle with the ammo of Tranq dart

Or 3. U can just use a slingshot with rock as an ammo

After that you need to prepare a food and the food was berries or you can use kibble, and don't forget the narcotic/biotoxin for keep it unconcious

And you just need to find one

And after you find 1 just knock it out and feed it ( i recommended to hit it on head not on his Shell ) and after that just keep looking the unconcious bar if it reduce feed it with biotoxin or narcotic to keep it unconcious

And after it's tamed, tadaaaa you have an stone collector, this Dino is can used to get much of stone

And i think only that i was want to tell you

Just space out your shots by a few seconds and make sure it doesn’t take too much damage

Can confirm on Crystal Isles it does not pick up Obsidian

Need element dust? Use this guy on lightposts in Extinction and it will collect over 100 element dust per lightposts on 1x gathering rate! As well as some crystal, scrap metal, and electronics!

Insane tame for collecting stone, if you have a quetz just drop it into taming pen but mind out how many tranqs you use as it will go in to a ball if it takes to much damage

Build some kind of structure in the volcano with four foundations and eight walls pick it up with a bird and drop it in the tame to your heats content I recommend a high level Horse.

Once you tame one of these guys it’s absolutely amazing first of all for some reason it swims VERY fast! Second of all if you swipe up on the left side of the screen while riding it it’ll start rolling pretty quickly and while it’s rolling it can climb steep slopes for some reason! So… yeah. Build a 3x3 platform, then build a metal/stone hatchframes on top and put a ramp leading up to them. Build walls up top and lure Doe onto top level. Go below and shoot underside through hatchframes with tranq darts, done

Best for gathering element dust. Make this higher on the list so more people know about it.

This thing nearly mashed me into oblivion on a taming venture gone wrong!

This dino is underrated i got 3,000 stone in 10 mins w mine i swear they soo good plus if u have a tickle chicken then u can get wood and trikes, brontos etc get thatch so if ur like me and have a tickle chicken a bronto and a doedecrius then u can get everything u need to make a heavily fortified stone base in abt an hour u can have a 5 story house and a perimiter fence 5 walls high so not even rexes can get in only gigas or that enemy tribe that has rocket launchers lol
