Every creature can hold a maximum of 300 stacks of items, which is twice the holding capacity of a Vault. To tame this “ferocious” beast you must raid a bushes precious stockpile of berries, punch it as it tries to regroup with it’s flock, and pray the dodo gods won’t punish you as you force feed it berries while it sleeps.

They are nice but hard to find

Just punch it until it falls asleep, harvest some nearby bushes and stuff berries in it's inventory. Wait a little until it's tamed.
