Ps. How in the world can you resist killing a dodo

One time I got a baby one of these and when it hatched I punched it thinking I would pick it up but it died. The weirdest part of this is that I got prime meat from it. I never gave it prime meat.

I tamed 2 dodos, one at lvl 5 and one at lvl 31,a dilo came out and killed my lvl 5 dodo, then my lvl 31 proceeded to chasing it in the water and killed the dilo, next thing I know a bunch of mega pirrannahs killed me when I respawned I recalled my lvl 31 dodo but 5 mins later the screen says my dodo was killed by one of those stupid jellyfish so yeah, RIP dodos

Oops! I killed the wroong dino. He killed a stego. He got keratin. He gave it to Rio. I AM A STEGO, I DO NOT APPRECIATE.

They were starving. They find food. They get thirsty. They need to find a meadow. They found one that said M.E.A.D.O.W. Only dodos can go there. We are dodos. The meadow said you can pass. The dodos ate everything. But raptors were attacking. Dodos up to counts of 1000000 were defending it. But one died! Now 999999 remain. rockarrot was too afraid to let Louie alone. But the dodo god used lightning! Zap! A raptor was still alive. It is an alpha raptor! It killed 1000! Until it finally died. A form of a dodo Rex appeared. They attacked it. It thought it was really fine! But 7000 killed it. [the end!]

He threw out the small dodo. The small dodo was at the same dodo god! That means he can safely get water but he saw Louie and rode her. But rockarrot was stuck this time! The small dodo said who are you? And Louie said ohhh! You can talk? My name is Louie. Toll fifty was back! They helped rockarrot! Toll fifty said rockarrot, be careful this time honey okay? Louie was sad to see rockarrot go. But rockarrot said you can come with me! Louie was happy again. But, but… my home. Rockarrot said it,s dangerous. Rockarrot let her get to his cave. It has a rock to prevent a predator!

Admit it we all made armies with these guys but they eventually got wiped out

The survivors chapter one a beginning of a new time

Once there was a man named Dan he had a sister Monica and a mother named Jalie but then everything changed when the world split in half all the animals disappeared and there was nothing but dinosaurs Monica screamed for help but there was no one Dan looked around and saw an emblem carved in his arm he shook as to he had never saw it before Monica had one to but that was the least of her worries she screamed for her mother but no one answered her eye’s filled with tears while Dan found something a bird of some sort it was a AHH! Monica screamed as something bit her Dan turned his head to see it was just leech he got it and it’s teeth out of her arm then he turned his head back but the bird was gone confused he looked around some more. there the bird! he shouted as he ran toward it a dodo? how did it get here he said these went extinct a long time ago. But he picked it up and showed Monica awww! Birdy she said as she pick it she held it high I’ll name you chicken she said whilst Lowering it it squawked like a chicken ah now I see why you named it chicken. Uh Hu look berries she ran to the bush chicken along side her she picked the berries and gave them to chicken when she fed it the stimberries he went to take a sip of ocean water Dan tried some to his surprise it wasn’t even salty but then chicken feel asleep Monica picked him up and set him down Dan gasped what said Monica there at that point a mysterious bipedal lizard came up to them a compsognathus! Dan exclaimed a what Monica said a compy they are interested in new things compys never saw humans before! really? said Monica yep they went extinct a long time ago then chicken woke up chicken! Monica hugged him so what are we gonna do Dan said I don’t know -Arkin

I have a pet dodo named bluey and shrub, shrub is green and bluey is blue, they are living in my thatch house rn, they’re also now parents :D

Dodo is the god he started your mission to live though this forsaken ex world thank him or his guardians will come

The Tragedy of Geronimo

I have just started playing ARK, and it is already my favorite game. Having just started, I haven’t progressed much, so wasn’t very far in. It was hard, and I was thinking about giving up. That, was until I met Geronimo. He was a sweet, average sized Dodo, who became my in-game best friend. We had fun together by the campfire, and kept me company.

But one night, we came across a group of Dilophosauruses. They attacked, and I gave up hope. I was dead. Until Geronimo, my sweet little Dodo, fought them, and distracted them just long enough for me to escape. But in the end, he was killed. RIP Geronimo.

TL;DR: My Dodo sacrificed himself to save my life.

The Dodo Chronicles: Chapter (4): The Third Objective.

I was up and ready to start task 3, to tame a carnivore. Me and Dodo Dude went to the area we saw the diplodocus, only we went farther. We came to an all new river and saw a raptor. I had a bola and club with me. The raptor saw me and charged.

I threw my bola, but it missed. The raptor pounced at me. I got away but I realized Dodo Dude was still fighting the raptor! I new this would end badly, so I ran to help but it was too late. The raptor picked him up with its jaws and threw him! I was horror struck. I went to see him, and his tag confirmed my fears. He was dead.

At that moment I went to avenge Dodo Dude. I killed that raptor. I made a grave for poor Dodo Dude.

The Dodo Chronicles: Chapter (2): The First Objective

It was a new day in the land of ARK. I was starting the first of three objectives on my list: to construct shelter. Me and my pet dodo who I named Dodo Dude, set off to collect some thatch to build some basic shelter.

We were going through some small trees when we came across two dilophosaurusis! I got my spear out and was ready to fight, but then Dodo Dude battled and killed one of the dilos! I had no idea that something so small and friendly could do something like that. Not to mention that it was only a level 3! While he was killing one dilo, I battled the other. The funny thing was that Dodo Dude Killed his dilo before I killed mine.

After both were taken out, we got back on track. Finally, I had enough thatch to build a small but stable shelter. A triceratops trotted by as the sun slowly set. Tomorrow, I will start the next objective.

New story! Surviving. pt 1. I woke up on a beach, and their was an arch that i was under. I saw a strange bird thing walk up to me. I yanked some berries off a bush and held them out to it. The bird ate them and started following me around. I named him Shadowking, because the had a crown of black feathers on his head.i made a cloth shirt and cloth pants. I realized that there were 2... no, 3 books on the beach in some ruins. One said engrams, another said dossiers, and the 3d one said diary. The diary had nothing in it. I used some wood to fix the walls. I dragged some fallen trees over and put them on the top of the walls. I put thatch over them. I got a piece of flint and some stone and made a campfire. I used some fiber and thatch to complete the walls. It was afternoon, so perfect timing. Will post again

So, I bred two of my dodos and the baby was so cute. I named the little guy Olive but forgot to feed it. He died and I was so sad. R.I.P Olive pls leave a like to respect Olive the poor baby dodo.

Remember that every creature in ARK has a purpose, a utility. This ranges from every other living soul stepping foot near you, and the dodo is no exception. They can be tamed to act as part of an escape plan from a giga/Rex/alpha hunt gone wrong, as they can give you a few extra seconds to run, which is always appreciated (trust me on this one, you won’t regret it). So even the dumbest of these birds can save your arsehole from the tightest of situations, so don’t be afraid to experiment and look (and stay) alive.
