I was in a PvP server and a player who had an army of dodos came and killed Buddy (my dire wolf) so I killed the player and avenged my wolf and now I call them demons 1like=1rip to Buddy

They are monsters DO NOT APROCH THEM for your own safety

These guys are so easy to tame that I’m trying to make an army of them

(Tip- You have to use your fist to tame them, if you use anything else they will die)

Zomdodos are now a thing. I was playing and riding my spino with a newly tamed carno, I suddenly saw a hoard of dodos run after us. I thought they were fleeing. The dodos started to kill my carno, it turns out they were zombie dodos. My spino doing 400 dph couldn't kill the dodos. I sat there swatting at them for minutes and nothing happened. I only killed 3. If you see a swarm of dodos run after you, please run.

To tame this “ferocious” beast you must raid a bushes precious stockpile of berries, punch it as it tries to regroup with it’s flock, and pray the dodo gods won’t punish you as you force feed it berries while it sleeps.

They are nice but hard to find

I would recommend just no approaching this animals has too much health and does lots of damage. Killed me and my dilophosaurus

Just punch it until it falls asleep, harvest some nearby bushes and stuff berries in it's inventory. Wait a little until it's tamed.

Dodos make great bait, so taming a flock will protect you against some major predators. After all, anything that's eating your flock is not eating you!

These birds are very dangerous do not attempt to tame

If you encounter a group try finding the biggest of the group and taming it

They should have the dodo bit thingy where the kibble part is.

When you begin do not instantly kill all the dodos in your area because you need some easy meat and hide. What you'll want to do is start taming a bunch of them and breeding them. This results on you a) having a constant supply of eggs and b) as you breed higher level dodos you can kill off the lower level ones to get that meat and hide you need.

If you simply just don’t feel like going all the way to the south cave for your dug beetles or well any cave just use these! First get four stone battlements and make a square anywhere near your base with guards (depending on your area) personally I recommend mammoths and tamed ones. Next take any of your birds and go around on beaches pluck a dodo and bring it back and drop it in. Keep doing this until you can’t find any more. Then make a staircase with wooden ramps up to it up and down. Then make a door and walls and all that at the bottom of it inside the cage. Then you can go in and out without constantly having to get on your bird and worry about things getting in or out other than pteranodon sand other fliers. Argies are really all you need to worry about there. Next because wild animal shit lasts longer you can walk in take their shit and eggs I usually take females because two times the use both food and fertilizer and then boom poop slash fertilizer fiesta for u! U get it.
