Dododex should update because there is a TLC Update in Ark where you can breed dodos to get bigger dodos which you can ride on!

The dodos should not be just hit. Either tame them or kill them! They do not really run they are finding their flock to mess you up!

Find a dodo with a size of atleast 1.55x tame it and it will drop feathers. It's rare tho. ∆

The dodo is a small, flightless, and kind bird. If you have a male and a female you get 10 eggs per week. They are cute and nice when tamed. The tips that say they murder you are completely false, even though it’s beak looks deadly. They drop dodo feathers, raw meat, hide, and sometimes even pelt. picks, hatchets, bows, axes, guns, and other weaponry are most likely leading to death when taming a dodo. I highly recommend using your fists, wich cannot lead to death.

If you come across a party dodo, don't try to tame it(it doesnt work anyways, sadly). Instead, kill it and harvest the party cake from it. It seems useless since you cant eat it, but if you take it to a cooking pot, you can craft things like randomized chibis, party hat skins, and a HUGE birthday cake. Hope this helps!

Dodos might run away when you attack it, but where are they running too. They are running to a flock of dodos. And as soon as they gather together in a flock, they will come after you like a group of gangsters.

By far, the deadliest creature on the ark. I’ve seen it kill packs of alpha rexes, not to mention the king titan. Stay away at all costs. They can damage tek. I’m writing this in a thatch hut, as it destroyed my full tek base and murdered all of my tames.

If you can kill it...it‘s dead

When hatching an Egg make sure to feed it right away as it has low health and low food it will constantly need food. Do this for a few miutes and it should be able to survive longer with less food. Once the healthbar stops going down you're good to go. Just make sure they are safe and feed because they can only carry 5 berries in baby stage.

Taming this guy is probably the easiest thing in Ark. Punch it a few times, but be careful not to kill it lol. Feed it some berries or crops(berries best). There u go.
