This is the best way to collect honey easily, this bear is easy to tame with a large bear trap and crossbow tranqs

Use it for the cave by the volcano

Good for taking damage and collecting chitin

High Torpor like Rex, but have a very low Hp.

Use a bear trap to stop it in a stone structure 3x3 with a Dino gate and a small door open then as it is trapped close the Dino gate and slowly start to tranc it

7 seconds between shots with arrows

Hold the bear in the air with a quetz start tranqing wait five seconds between shots and boom he's yours then get its melee to 500 and it's a beast

Awesome honey harvesters and berries too.

The toughness and large weight capacity make these a great harvester mount.

You can build a small trap and/or use the net and harpoongun to snare them. Also they love honey

This creature is my favourite mount. Why? You asked. You have Speed, Damage, Defense mount. Can carry alot because of its weight stats. good thing is when you are almost encumbered, this creature's speed accelerates the longer you sprint it so you won't have problem going home that takes forever and that's a quick metal, wood, stone transfer. Best mount imo.

You need the large bear trap to kill them not regular

When you find and knock out both a dire bear and a thylocoleo or whatever those creatures ar called both in one run but your absolute beast of a pteradon solos both of them at only level 43 when they were also both lvl 50 and above, im sad now considering there both annoying to find 😔

Dododex is wrong. Takes at least 150 tranqs for 150 bear + it will kill it

Make a little cage with pillars and lure the bear in. Knock it out with tranq darts and feed it honey. Honey is the same as Carno kibble and it is easier to get.

The direbear is good for collecting fiber and berries if you use them right

Make sure to always bring darts and don’t use arrows it will die before you can even knock it out and find a suitable place to tame like a cliff or a rock but take note that this F——— can dominate land once it gets to a point that it will dominate Gigas and other creatures :,)

Why doesn't the polar bear show up though

If knocking out with tranq arrows use narc traps but don’t use them to knock it out if you knock out a creature with narc traps you can’t access their inventory so use the final shot with a tranq arrow
