The amount of darts is wrong it sad 22 for me but it took 50

I’ve found that when taking direbears, it’s easy to K.O them by getting a flyer, building a pen near a rock, and then getting it to run into the pen by running of the rock. Another way is the basic stand on rock trick.

Mate two lvl 200 and imprit it is a beast and murders mine has 20k health and 13k damage

Large bear trap will work. Put out 2. One in front of the other, and stand behind both of them. As it rushes you, the first large bear trap will catch it. It will destroy that one and when it starts to go after you again, the second trap will get it. This method will get you a level 15 dire bear.

Use dart and honey with 500% damage they're unstoppable and run like train far you run higher you're speed outrun almost anytime and bear collect fiber,hide and cinti vary wall

Sadly, it can’t gather wood or thatch. Only reason a theri might be better.

I'm not going to repeat their gathering abilities etc. BUT i will talk about some stats.

Wild Dire bears have low HP but it goes up very fast once tamed(+300hp per level) and they do extreme damage for such a small mount wich actually makes them a perfect mount for caving! More reliable than Barionyxes in my opinion.(i don't like the water)

I used arrows... (Nerds): tranq arrows will kill it, arrows will only kill it if u are spamming them let the torpor rise, u can check torpor with a telescope thing... Tranq arrows deal torpor over time... Anyways after that I go kill a carno or paracer since bears only spawn in the red woods, carno and paracer give primemeat... Bear will tame fast, after I tamed mine I painted it purple cuhs why not

Don't upgrade movement speed. It only affects walking speed on this animal because of their unique sprinting ability. Dump all of the points into health, melee, stamina and weight, in that order, for a beastly bear.

please tell me that this thing can use fur hats.

Easy to ko with new tek bows. Great to breed and run abberation alpha boss with.

Don't bother trying to knock it out without trapping it, needs alot of tranqs

Ugh. Stop posting utility on the taming and K.O!! Any way, I would use DARTS not Arrows. Arrows have a more than half percent chance of killing it. Sooooo peace.

This is the best way to collect honey easily, this bear is easy to tame with a large bear trap and crossbow tranqs
