I soaked a base that had 5 autos with a 90 diplo

These guys are amazing despite their inability to attack.

Get a high level one and you’ll have around 15k health and 1500 weight when tamed. They can carry a lot and move surprisingly quickly. I use mine for metal runs and can carry at least 1k metal.

Just remember to bring some small carnivores like raptors for protection!

These guys can actually bump buried reapers out of the ground

Wild they walk slowly but when they are tamed they can run and are very fast.

Pretty good tame. Make sure you arent on the edge of a tall place or the diplo will make you fly

This creature is very useful for getting reapers,basilisks, and perlovia out of the ground. The wild ones can do the same things as the tamed ones. These things are very useful for getting hidden loot. Just fly around maps with an argy with a tamed parasaur in its talons on turret mode so it can find the enemy dinos. Once you find one, lure a diplo or pull a tamed one out of a cryopod and push the dino out of the ground. If the enemy dino is on passive, proceed to kill it with your argy or any dino gates that has decent melee. BOOM! You have someone else's hidden loot.

transport for large tribes with large terrritories over large grassland, runs fast and is easy to tame. its saddle can carry plenty of tribemates and they can carry descent weight, but they are terrible in terms of offense as they only give a forceful push, but if you push enemy's of a cliff that would be more effective, overall rated a 5.2 for me, mobile and conveniant, but lacking in other aspects.

Whilst these creatures can be super annoying it is best too keep them around, if you ever see a large carnivore hanging around your base just lead it too the closest diplo, once it get agro just pelt the carnivore with arrows or bullets.

I know that the Diplo does absolutely no damage but it can carry 10 passengers and 1 driver and is pretty fast and has a lot of weight so it's not completely useless

Ok so my feelings on this animal: I absolutely love this creature. So fast that any creatures prone to going aggro on us never even see us because of how fast we are going. Also super helpful in carrying loads of heavy stuff and plenty of stamina my only issue is I have the same feelings about the fact that the diplo shall be able to defend his or herself with the tail when stuck cornered and being attacked multiple times if you’re stuck at the moment and need a hot minute to get unstuck and flee. So I agree with other players who feel the same way. Being attacked by a bunch of stupid mean insects or a dilo or compys leaves you with no choice but to flee on your diplo. That’s good because diplo is fast but then you got to come back through the area to complete what you’re were working on such as taming a creature in the area or collecting something and then you get attacked again and that’s not good. So yea super annoying and have to go through the work of destroying the meanies by shooting them off or hitting them with my pick or spear. Other than that diplo is awesome has lots of health and stamina and speed and ability to carry loads of heavy stuff. For now I’ll just be grateful that the best defense is to run away cos they are fast and at least can nudge the meanies away over and over till the meanies are destroyed. The end.

These are very useful creatures, both as wild and tamed

In the wild they are very accessible sources of sauropod vertebrae, easy prime meat and normal meat

They are very useful as mid game mounts because they have a large weight and a fast movement speed

They also are good gatherers

You can also carry 11 people on the saddle but that’s not very useful

Finally on Mobile there is a daily quest that requires taming one of them so just tame one and keep it in a corner

The only problems is that you can learn the engram quite late, but if you find one in a drop it’s not a problem

They are a pain to tame but the process is quite easy, just take some berries and afk for a while

Also they are quite defenceless so make sure you outrun / avoid dangerous creatures (any predators in general, including dilos)

I use them to kills two alpha rex. And a miracle!, They are won!!!!. :O

If you want to go and farm up mountains and are in a tribe of 10or more people it is very easy to get resources as you can up their weight a ton. Have at least 2000 stamina and quite high movement speed. It’s also worth having around 1600 health. Picture this. You are up a mountain with ten tribe members on the diplo. They all have... let’s say 2 metal picks. Flak armour, a metal sword and a assault rifle with a lot of bullets. 5 gets Of and starts mining. A Rex pops up and the still boarded 5 people shoot it. I when it gets too close diplodocus shoves it back and it dies of being shot. And you carry on getting metal and other resources.

So that creature is not for PvP but good for travel with friends and he could carry so much weight if they rework it then PLEASE LET IT HAVE AN STRONG ATTACK AND A USE NOT JUST FOR TRAVEL any way to team it I will recommend using tranqs he has high torpor but you won’t just be waiting hours to tame just tranq and go

Very useful on pvp servers, can unbury enemy reapers. Profit.
