I used 53+ tranq arrows using a crossbow on a level 27 one but it didn’t even fall unconscious-t

I tamed a diplo and it was relatively easy so here is how!

1. Agro the diplo and make it chase you, run to a flat place or hill

2. Pillar up on stone pillars and place wooden ladders

3. Continue to shoot the diplo with tranqs

4. When it starts running DO NOT JUMP DOWN it will come back and yeet you

5. Keep trying to shoot it from far away and it will probably come back, if it does just repeat step 3

6. Load some berries or rockaroots in (I recommend rockaroots because mine took 5 mins at level 16)

7. Name your diplo and Enjoy!

The easiest way to tame it is stand near a ledge or rock where he flings you against and then just feed it berries until tamed.

For an easy tame bring them to shallow water then bring a taming boat and drive it right into them, stopping when they're legs are in the middle. If you do it right they'll now be in the boat and unable to run away and they'll be safer from predators. Will spawn in the forest or in the swamp then lure it to a safe place make sure to grab 150 berries (any type) and feed it circle it while feeding it the berries and you tamed a diplodocus this guy is a beginner sauropod perfect for level 20s the saddle unlocks in level 32 and you can switch seats while attacking or just play multiplayer and get 10 tribe members to sit on the passenger seats with shotguns or crossbows hope this was helpful😊😊

It is a lot easier to knock them out and give them berries and then leave them alone for a while and come back and It will de tamed and not walking around him for an hour

If you wanna game it easier it takes a long time for the first tap between but then you wait like 20 seconds and it’ll go faster when taming

Ok so on here it says that you need heaps of berries and other foods to tame it. Idk if it’s different for me but all I needed was 10 azulberries (the blue ones) and in ten percent increment the diplo was tamed. It was only level four but idk. Also to avoid being pushed back by the thing it does, corner yourself and stand in front of a rock. Makes it so much easier and you don’t fall off a cliff. Just stand and wait to feed it. Easier than I thought it was going to be.

It’s easy to kill the diplo without help with friends or creatures step 1 craft a spear step 2 get under the diplo belly step 3 hit it again and again on the belly so it can’t hit you (You may need to repair the spear)

I literally had to use a balm and like 1000 mejo berries to tame these at least it’s saddle is at level 32

Takes about 5 mins from first feeding interval to the second, after that it's about a minute apart
