What are tips for diplodocus? Tips and strategies for diplodocus in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
I tamed mine with berries and it took forever!! When taking run to give it a berry then run. They take better if there not violent
My tamed Diplodocus seems to reject mejoberries and instead eat azulberries. I haven’t tried wild gaming a diplo with azulberries but I would recommend trying! Hope this helps. Also where do I find plant species Y? I can find x in swamp but I can’t find Y. In mountain bushes???
Patience is key
You Will wait a LOT
Just know that they do no damage, mostly good killing to harvesting meat
Knock it out and tame it too
Just watch the torpor
Can be used as a soak. Runs very fast has a crap ton of health and can probably be used to broadside shoot rockets off it's back while soaking turrets. This is assuming you get a health roll and level only health. You should see yourself at at least 37k health when fully leveled.
The only good thing about these is the weight and nock back
Easy kill just stand under it and hack away with a sword or any melee weapon and then get yourself some meat.
I was taming a level 3 and he wanted tintoberries every 30 seconds. I stayed under his belly and every time he had a berry his tame went up around 2%.
I found it super easy to knock it out rather than passive tame, just put a bunch of Tranqs in it give it some berries and depending on the level, a few narcotics. You don’t usually need many narcotics.
To tame a diplodocus the easiest way is to run under it where it can’t hit you and just keep feeding it. 💥 diplodocus tamed!
If you encounter one of these guys, trust me anything can kill them. Even just a dodo! The reason for this is because Diplocodus has only one attack, that’s a knock back. It won’t even hurt you unless it throws you off a cliff. Would not recommend taming, it is useless unless you plan to use it as bait for big carnivores. Kill Diplocodus for raw prime. Best source for prime because it is defenseless.
why do diplodocus doesnt damage but they are easy to tame
Just kill these things they do 0 damage a only kickback which can maybe knock you off a cliff but avoided by being on a flyer
It can't attack you when you're on it's back
I am currently taming a level 1 diplo. Can someone please answer me why it is pushing me while I dlfeed it. I am non-violent feeding it.
