What are tips for diplodocus? Tips and strategies for diplodocus in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
Thought he was trying to kill me...they call this "playful"...its like playing with a bat and your a baseball....
Do you think these guys should sprint away if they're low on HP?
So you all are saying that the diplo should get a tail whip attack and a platform saddle but someone else said no because it would literally just be a easier to tame bronto which I agree soooo what if the diplo got a… TEK SADDLE!!! With cool lasers because I’m pretty sure we have no herbivore tek saddles! What do you guys think?
I got nudged by one of these. So did my dinos that fell off a cliff. I lost a dino because I couldn't find her . F
It is a passive tame with mejoberrys and a knock out tame with mejoberrys.
Love these giant hooligans! First time I saw one I was scared to approach it (Beach bob intensifies). When it started coming towards me with its deep humming, I ran for my life thinking I was gonna get toasted! I was so confused as to why I was *literally* gliding across the ground half the time, until I realized it’s him!! They get pretty hectic when there’s wild groups of them around your base, especially annoying when your tames aren’t locked up, end up flung to Kingdom come for every random predator to come across. Yet, I always find myself relenting and taming them while I’m running around building things. May not have much use for 7 Diplos, but I’ll let it slide. 😁😁
Saw a level 85 that I figured would be pretty beneficial, but knew the wait time would be agonizing, so I decided to go for my first knock-out tame with these sweethearts.
Don’t. Just. Don’t. I spent tranq darts, arrows, I even went into Creatuve Mode to cheat myself some shocking tranq darts just because I was desperate for SOMETHING to work. Idk how many I wasted but by the time I gave up going for a knock out I knew I would have long finished a passive tame. Just start feeding it and while waiting for that second feed time to initiate, get these sweeties stuck so they don’t chase or wander off and plan for something to do around your base. Set a timer based on however long you think it’ll take for them to get hungry after that first go, or better yet, just toggle ‘track tame’ and it’ll let you know when the taming progress begins to drop that it’s hungry. Gotta start all over now! Heh, I’ll consider it a bit of karma for trying the violent route for these impish yet vexatious giants.
You can passive tame it or knock it out.
To fight this lump of meat stand under its belly and hack away but remember to stay underneath
These guys can be tamed by getting knocked out or if you want it faster than passive tame it
No wonder why you can't upgrade there melee
Ít you hit ít right únder the Belly Théy cant hủrt you át all
An amazing sight. It was on a big rock and was towering over me. Diplodocus is like, 92 Feet long. It’s egg is big.
You can bully anything that’s annoying you into the ocean and watch the creature slowly die as you keep it in the water, You could actually use this on agressive creatures if a megalodon can aggro, But remember, just because you can doesn’t always mean you should. The diplo still has limited health and can die.
Dont waste your tranqs on it they have alotof torpor
Passive taming is the best
They are cute I see YouTubers killing them and if I was signed into YouTube I would unsubscribe and dislike #savethediplos
