MUST TAME! Health almost as good as spino, damage as good as a thyla, carno or bigfoot(Gigantopithecus) and it has great speed, great agility and jumps, can climb, good stamina, decent weight, and it can throw poop, throw grenades and i think it can disable some tek stuff, to tame you have to kill everything except the alpha and then tame, I don’t know if it is passive tame after that or ko tame, Dododex should show you though, up so players could see please

Need something to kill…..Giga,spino,Rex,raptors,wolves,baryonx,trikes,anything that runs away, and any thing else in the game? This is it, health comparable to a spino, speed and agility that is crazy helpful (thanks to the climb ability) damage comparable to Rex or spino, and you can ride it, great weight and stamina max, in my opinion, best tame in game except wyvern and rock drake (magmasaur is in the conversation as well) AND I LOVE ANY SORT OF MONKEY OR APE OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT!!! MUST TAME

I was playing on valguero and see these . I was shocked because I was playing in single player mode.

To aim poop, when you see a black plus sign in the middle of the screen on your Xbox, hold LT to make the black plus sign appear. Then press RT when the sign is where you want it. It slows the pooped dinosaur’s speed down, the poop and grenades have to be in your tamed dinopithicus’s inventory to aim amo. Aim the poop canon at the Rex!😂

(It slows ankylosauruses down a LOT!!!!!!)

On the lost Isles, taming in the courtyards is easy if you use prime meat from nearby paracers and keep the prime on your argy. Also, if you have eliminated the troop from an area trying bringing a baby to the area and it will spawn an adult. Quick way raise an army to attack a Tek Player in PVP.

If your going to tame this guy I recommend just using a flyer carrying the dinopithecus away then hitting it a couple times then just tame it. Hope this helps.

You can actually find them on Val as well it’s way easier to tame! This need to known tell your friends!

They are MEAN. Dont have a thatch base anywhere near redwoods in the beginning of the game😂

When taming make sure it doesn’t eat/harvest any corpses, it did it to me and RESET TAMING bar to 0%

It’s easiest to bet the alpha using a sinomacrops then shotgun the rest of them. In order to passive tame the alpha, you must bring down its health past 25%.

Dinopithecus spawn in the redwoods of Lost Island. And there are lots of them, trust me.

Though, as of right now, they also spawn in the redwoods of Valguero, not as much.

I would love if their spawn in Valguero was confirmed to be official and not a bug or anything, since a new creature in an old map is very refreshing.
