Can these suckers drag you with their tail? Cause I was on the beach farmin rocks and something dragged me into the water and pulled me down the beach by a wire or something and only thing near by and heading in the same direction was a dimorphodon

Only take eggs when you have any flyer other than quetz or a good swimmer as they can’t go underwater unless there tamed and on your shoulder,

These guys are some of the most annoying creatures. I’ll be hunting with my level 140 albino Rex and one will have the audacity to fly right into my Rex’s mouth and get angry when he gets bit. Then eight of them start buzzing around you like flies and you have to deal with them or it gets annoying. I hate these guys more than Gigas.

They killed my Gooby and then I killed them. :(

I atacked one and there was no others in site but then 4 more came and then they killed me

Don’t attack unless you know what your doing. My first ever raptor was killed by these guys. I was to new to understand the odd danger they pose. Dimorphodons together-strong.

Be warned they are powerful. I was at a dungeon/Revival area and I attacked one not knowing how powerful it was and.. It killed me, I recently tamed one but by knocking it out with a tranq arrow. Please be careful it is dangerous especially with its tiny hit box. The alpha is the same. It’s dangerous BUT it has a little bit bigger hit box. Same with the Alpha Comsunathus(Compy)

These things shred large creatures

If you accidentally hit one of them and an entire swarm chases after you, the easiest way to deal with it is to use a pteranodon and barrel roll through the swarm. This will deal damage to every dimorphodon in the swarm and if your pteranodon has enough melee damage (700%+) you should be able to one hit kill most of them. Pteranodon also speed up drastically while doing the barrel roll so the dimorphodons can’t really hit it as it yeets past them.

I wanted one so I hit it with a club but they circular you witch means you are screwed if there more near by in early game

Bro my friend ( let's call her carrot top ) play pvp Witcher other friend often, and once she saw a guy walking the beaches on a parasuar on turret mode ,he had almost 50 sky piranhas on aggressive and follow, and was litteraly just SLAUGHTERING the people on the beaches!

Just don’t steal an egg otherwise they will swoop you and they are hard to hit when they swoop so yeah......Yeet!

They are not scary when you have a shotgun or a hitscan weapon with good aim

Listen up. The leaders of the jerboas, the otters, and the bulbdogs have all sent their messages. I would like to provide my defense of these lovely creatures. If you hit one by accident, or take an egg, then fine. You can fight it. Just make sure to apologize PROFUSELY after doing so. If it flees, don't chase it. They also make great friends and the best stat to level is attack. I have one named Bright Boi and one time when I got pinned the raptor died on the spot. Be kind and they will be your dearest friends. Attack them needlessly, and I will be your greatest enemy.

About the person saying that his/her max lvl pteranodon and a dimorph couldn't hit each other, i feel his/her pain, i did it once but with a pteranodon and argentavis was high in the air... So i killed carbonemys and insects to create another ptera saddle, once i created it i put it on Ptera (Petrie's wife) and flew sky high and there they were. We flew more than 45 seconds to see my Argentavis and Pteranodon. So after that i just flew by dimorphs.
