These little guys work miracles when targeting bee hives. It only takes 1-2 of then with mediocre levels to RIP hives apart from afar. Then, using a grapple + crossbow retrieve the Queen bee and enjoy honey from the safety of your base. Honey is used to calm Leedsichthys, bake Sweet Vegetable Cake for taming and feeding Achatina which provide 100 cementing paste per hour, works as kibble for Dire Bears, and craft Extraordinary Kibble used for Thylas and Yutis among others. Aiming your crossbow just above the hive works well if the Queen gets stuck. Hope this helps!

The dimorphodons are dangerous. When i was fighting an Alpha Raptor, flying on argentavis, i accidently attacked one of these. 2 more dimorphodons, randomly flying around also came to attack me. I thought, that they are just attacking my argentavis, but i was wrong. They are attacking you instead of the Dino you are riding. Well, and that was the way i died.

Use swarms of these on dino leashes on aggressive within soaking range of turrets, they attack players not the tames and ignore armor, they only way they can soak you is by building a box around themselves on racer, bronto or skiff

Best base defence. Get about 6 of these guys on aggressive following another Dino that is on turret mode.

Make sure you level up stamina like a lot before you set him out on a mission sniper my dimorphodon went to kill some carbonemys when he ran out of stamina and had to land and as we all know they don't have much health so sniper was killed you can fight one creature at a time with the stamina he starts with but two carbonemys will kill your dimorphodon

I went to get some keratin from carbonemys and I took my dimorphodon heat seaker to help me kill them turtles when I saw a trike waddling around eating plants so I sent heat seaker out to kill him but the trike hit my dimorphodon out of the air and killed him thus he died whats worse my only mount tuba the parasaur came out of nowhere and attacked the trike and he died with my poor dimorphodon the point is don't attack a trike with a dimorphodon otherwise the dimorphodon will be killed

Be careful when taming one of these, as while they may be cute, the only way to tame them is to knock them out and offer meat while usually keeping them asleep with sedatives like narcoberries or bio-toxin. Because you have to knock them out, this means you have to engage them in combat while bolaed, or quickly shoot them with a tranquilizer arrow. And remember, if you hurt one of them, their buddies won’t see that you are trying to tame them— they will only see AGGRESSION, which they take very seriously. And if you think the worst they can do is give you a tiny scrape, you are SORELY mistaken. THEY WILL RIP YOU APART if you dare try to tame one while it’s family is near. See if they don’t. They are kept commonly as a pet for their small, skinny size and tiny noises, yet when traveling, if whistled to assist you, they make a great guardian when it comes to melee combat situations, provided you have you Dimorphodon perched on your shoulder.
