Make sure you know when it’s knocked out while taming because they look the same when their knocked out as if they are still alive. I made the mistake of killing the taming effectiveness as a result of tranqing it after it was already knocked! 🤦‍♂️

When your taming one make sure it doesnt wake up the torpor drops so fast i ran to the other side of my living room and back but the torpor was halfway dropped already and it was lvl 20

These can now be carried with an argentavis.

If taming on abberation, gather lots of black mushrooms first - they are easy to gather in bulk and give 25 torpor compared to a narcoberrys 7.5

for everybody who doesn't want to waste materials on air conditioner go find a mating pair of these things and just breed them you don't even need aircons for this because the parents act as aircons

Didn’t have to tame with kibble, was lvl 2 and I’m on Xbox so idk but just spam it full of narcs and you’re grand

Bring more narcotics. Just tame a lv70 with soothing balm: 2 raw prime meat and 30 narcotics.

Incredibly underrated tame for incubating eggs. Just two of them are able to keep a Wyvern egg comfy enough to hatch. Very slow, so use a Quetzal or other large flyer to carry them to where they are needed.

One of the worst KO’s to keep unconscious. I didnt know that I could develop a hatred for these. I’m considering killing on sight.

Recommend just to get prime meat then tame Because these things are a pain to tame (for me-)

Use as a mobile, meat powered A/C unit. Level damage to get best result. I've had great success with hatching eggs with these without investing in normal static A/C units.

Get a few place them near an egg with one oterr and you have the best incubator

they also eat prime meat but cannot be picked up I’m when I tried it
