Tips & Strategies
What are tips for dimetrodon? Tips and strategies for dimetrodon in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
Dododex users say:
Dimetrodons are passive, slow creatures commonly found in swampy areas, where they can be safely approached but may become dangerous when provoked alongside nearby companions. They are fragile to tame, so lure one into a secure pen, knock it out carefully with tranquilizers, and monitor its rapidly dropping torpor while feeding it suitable food. Once tamed, a Dimetrodon provides portable temperature insulation and can help incubate eggs without fuel, with stronger insulation from higher melee damage and multiple individuals potentially needed for larger eggs.
