Taming & KO Tips

How do I tame a dilophosaur? Tips and strategies on taming and knocking out a dilophosaur.
This is an easy tame. Just get a bola, and a wooden club.
A dilo is a good first tame I have one that beat one 22 levels higher I suggest upgrading speed and damage mine started with 300 speed
Dilos are easy to tame a bat and hatchet and your good to go.also there spit isn’t bad and doesn’t really effect I know that cuz I’ve fought thousands and have two pets.(I fight them with no armour)
A bow and arrow isn’t really necessary, once at higher level a regular weapon like a stone hatchet can take it out even when you are poisoned.
Easy tames, just take a club and whack it a few times, that should do it, then whack some meat in it’s inventory and voila, the best kibble producing dino
Hit it with a club while having an aggressive dodo with "attack only consious dinos" and it'll pass out.
Easy knockout. Bola it, go behind it, and start clubbing it in the 455. Once you do that, feed it Atleast a stack of raw meat for beginners. Good game for the start, and stronger in numbers as well.
Ok this is my first Dino except my dumb dodos they went the way of the dodo ok I messed up on my last thing and this is kilo the dilo sorry and if you want to tame one and there is another one prepare to die at least once if your new or started a new ark get a bow kill the other ones bc they come at least with another one knock out the one you want and put in meat cuz my was level 13 and I did it with nothing except meat and cooked meat and now he is my best hunter
If u want to find these 1-tame one 2-go into jungle 3-put ur dilo on passive 4-open inventory 5-garenteed to find one attacking your dilo
-Tegosauri
Don’t believe Dododex you only need 4-5 peices of raw meat.
-Tegosauri
Best early-game pet. The first thing I did when I materialised in my new world was K.O. a Dilo and killed a dodo for some meat to tame the Dilo. It’s that simple if you want a pet that isn’t useless!
Little brats! All they do is nip at you until you do something. I recommend them as a good source of hide their are very easy to kill. -Julian c. Follow me for more information .🦖=🪳
Here is Ee’s starter guide to taming a dilophosaur! (Yes, I named my character Ee. I couldn’t think of anything at the time.)
Step 1: Locate a dilophosaur. They can usually be found patrolling beaches and green areas, hunting down parasaurs and such.
Step 2: Knock it out. Pickaxes and hatchets work fine, and slingshots can be good if you want to lower the risk of being attacked.
Step 3: Give it food. Prime meat is recommended, but raw meat works too.
And that’s how you get your very own dilophosaur! It will spit venom at enemies, blinding them for a moment. It’s a great combat game for starters!
Make an army of them either by breeding or just taming you'll be unstoppable
The easiest way to tame them 2 methods
Method one(1)
Using prime meat
Just get 2 prime meat ,knock it out feed it boom not up to 10 sec you got a dilo
Method two(2)
Using regular raw meat
Get 6 raw meat knock it out feed it it will be tamed in less than 2 minutes. 🤗
Enjoy 😊
Tested on other devices 98% working 👍
How To Tame
1. Bring raw meat or prime meat!
2. Use either a club or slingshot depending on level!
3. When knocked out, narcs are not required, so just put some meat there!
4. Congrats! You tamed a dilo!
Dilos are easier to tame than a dodo. Walk up smack it with a club till it's ko, then feed it meat. Though be warned dilos are really only good for killing... well Dodos. If you try to kill anything bigger than the turtles, you'd better prepare a burial plot.
I use this for everything. It’s relatively easy to tame just knock it out and then give JUST A LITTLE MEAT AT A TIME. Don’t throw all of it at once or it could take more than necessary.
To tame a dilo you need this items
1.A bat/Fist
2.And Last Meat(Kill some dodos first to tame a dilo)
First you need to hit it until it's unconscious(i recommend avoiding the acid so you don't get poisoned)and feed it meat and wait.
And Congrats you have a dilo!
Take care of this cool dinosaur
