Use raw prime meat or cooked prime meat

Things not to do while taming a dilo do not use a weapon that is not a bonker weapon (I learned that the hard way RIP dilo the dilo) ( bonker weapons include clubs and sling shots) and do not feed it berry (I also learned that the hard way)

How to Tame a Dilo:D

1) Get Some Raw Meat about 40-30(if u Tame a higher Lvl Mode Raw Meats Needed)

2) Now Lead It To A Dodo,Lytrosaurus,Parasaur,Moschops This can only be used for Fist) Now Slingshot Now Shot it at a Farther place) Tranq Arrow bow Now Shot It.

3) After it Sleeps Put Raw Meats In Its Inventory

4) Enjoy Ur Dilo:)

It is really easy to tame just use a sling shot to its head or one train dart then feed it five meat

Remember about turret mode to spit at people

To tame a dilo you need at least 4 raw meat and if you want a strong one you need to go and fight

So I already write one of these but I wanna add a few things, I got ten of these guys and they are amazing i started out with 4 and I could not help my self these guys are great if ur kinda new and trying to get your feet on the ground, I am scared of raptors so I don’t have one yet planning on soon but these guys are good to hold off other then the fact you sadly can’t ride them but these guys are awesome we go and hunt for all sorts of things and get tons of hide and meat prime meat and fish meat and then they go back to base and I use the meat I need and the rotting stuff I use to arrows bc I get like 100+ meat for each of them every time we hunt they are also kinda cute bc if I am hunting something 2 or 3 always stay reallly close while the others kill sometimes 1 if it’s a huge animal but I hates these guys when I first started I mean they killed me so many times! But they are easy to tame I mean I use my fists bc I am too lazy plus I am not going to waste something when I can use my hands u can quickly kill like 1-3 dodos that are everywhere and if u have meat already that’s great feed it to them wait for a few seconds and there you go congratulations! Don’t forget to name him a cool name :)

These guys as a pack are actually really great, and pretty easy to tame. Just bola, club, put raw meat into its inventory, and boom, ya got a new best friend. Just keep an eye on them while they’re following you, as they tend to get stuck on things.

An easy way to knock a dilo is to get on a tall rock and shoot it with a sling shot. It will take about 3 to 12 shots in the head. Make sure to keep them an neutral while near Dino's like Trikes. They are good for protecting your base and yourself while hunting or gathering supplies.

Step 1 kill at lest 9 dodos step2 craft a club or tranq arrows then look at it and step3 open inventory then transfer all your meat or stuff good luck 🦖🦖🦖🦖🦖

These are Really annoying for Beginners, but here’s How to Tame A Dilophosaur, first find a Dilo you Want, they spawn on Beaches, Then use A Bola on It, make sure You have Something to knock it out, fists, club, slingshot, etc, so then knock it out, when it’s out feed it raw meat then you have a Dilophosaur! They are fine at fighting and fine at Defending, I tame these when I’m Starting Out.

Take club bang their head that should work.

On safer side use a bola. Don't stare them in the eyes. They spit on you. Even slings should work. Don't waste traqs on em.

Feed raw meet and Ta-da you have a dilo.

*Repeat* have a bunch of them in early game

All I did is trap it in a bola then punched it until its unconcious then fed it raw meat the dilo is pesky but kinda strong when another dilo attacked me it viciously chased the dilo and I was kinda proud but then it can be killed easily

If you want a high level dilo I would recommend you bring a bola and tranqu arrows in case it gets out and for low levels just keep on hitting with a club several times but if you want to play it safe take a bola with you

I’ve tamed one of these , just tame a dodo and make sure it’s lvl is low enough to be able to punch it and deal dmg , let the dodo assist a bit but calm the dodo down so it doesn’t murder the dilo, AND SHOVE RAW MEAT DOWN ITS THROAT TRUST ME U PROB HAVE ENOUGH TIME BEFORE IT WAKES UPPPPP
