What are some stories about the dilophosaur? Memorable dilophosaur stories, wild encounters, and fan fiction.
Remember when ding saved me from a pteranodon a while after that I was Xp grinding and a sarcophagus spawned and killed her and all four of my dodoes then I tried to make it to the revival platform in time then I saw a spin-off to I turned back then bugs and two other Dillon chased me and so sad I exited the game I also has one of her eggs I was soooo sad I’m littarly 😭 crying
I own 3 diplos they are good but you'll need to level them up for attack and health it takes about 3 hours for the female to breed again so get one male and tons of females I have a big diplo family and it's horrible how sometimes when you walk they don't come I've lost 5 dodos due to stupidness oh them wondering off(they didn't have wonder on)
I woke up on day and started doing things as usual and then I hear a dino fighting so I go and look and I see my base massacurred and my dilo Dillan fighting a rex and I go and get my other dilo Derrick and I fight it and I charged at it spear first and my dilo derrick went in front of me and took the hit from the rex and he died and then Dillan died and he gave me time to run away so can we all have a moment of silence for the dilo twins who saved my life
The Orinthian Knight Chapter 1: The Broodmother’s Awakening P7
Foreword: I haven’t uploaded in a long time… again. Very long break. But now I’m back. And if you need reminders, yeah, Dilo is a Dilophosaur lol.
Shortly after the battle, Dilo was forcefully healed by the medics working at the arena. They all had weary faces, sweating from hard work, but they were capable of getting the job done. Dilo went outside, figuring it was already night, a starry night in fact. He clutched the dark pyramid in his claws.
And it activated.
The eerie light coming from the inside of it brightened up the desert within a radius as long as a Sarchosuchus from one end to the other. It started to vibrate. Dilo turned around, and noticed that depending on where he was pointing, the vibrating accelerated or slowed.
After a quick rest and the implant-pyramid in hand, Dilo begun on another chapter of travel on the Scorched Earth. He treaded across the sand, occasionally spotting a few rocks standing out among the desert. There was one night put a sleeping bag on one of the rocks, only to discover it was a Rock Elemental.
Dilo discovered an oasis in the middle of the desert, where he was able to quench his first and fulfill his hunger off the little meat he had in his inventory. He leaped into the water, refreshed after days of walking across the desert.
And that’s when he felt the rumbling.
He got up from the water of the oasis and made his way up the lone palm tree until he reached its peak. It slightly bended under his weight, but he could get a viewing point. He observed a slight, extremely fast movement in the sand, and whatever was making the movement was one of the largest creatures in the land. A Sandworm.
He went back down onto the sandy floor. He knew the Sandworm would detect him, but Sandworms have their way of finding everyone eventually.
He remembered his early days from being trained by the Overseer, back when he was still young. The Overseer used an old Samsung TV from the 21th century to present examples of running and it displayed a human called Usain Bolt, the fastest guy alive at the time. The only reason Dilo went back to that memory was because at the chance of the Sandworm detecting him, he will have to run as fast as Usain Bolt, no, faster.
He went into a pre-sprinting position. He didn’t know why people did it, maybe likely to give them a boost. He then begun sprinting at a high speed for a Dilophosaur. His legs and feet weren’t much adapted to the heated and sand-filled environment, but he hoped they would be able to carry him far enough to get out of reach of the Sandworm. He accelerated to the point his speed matched that of the common Raptors in the other Arks where the climate was far more balanced than this one.
The Sandworm detected him.
It begun moving towards him at what he described at the speed of sound, catching up to him every passing second. An idea, a flicker of a plan, developed in his mind. He glanced behind him. The Sandworm started to dive slightly into the sand, ready to leap. In that intermission, he steered himself so he was heading straight towards the Sandworm as it approached. The Sandworm raised its upper body into the sky and steered itself downwards, threatening to swallow Dilo as it plunged towards the ground.
But Dilo thought otherwise.
He raised his claws into the air and jumped while running. His claws came in contact with the beast’s underbelly and he scrapped its flesh off as it leaped into the ground. The Sandworm groaned, then dived very deep into the sand, about to perform an attack from below.
The Sandworm suddenly appeared below Dilo’s feet, the sand collapsing from under him. He barely managed to hold on to the Sandworm’s teeth as it seemed to kiss the clouds.
He struggled to climb up and unsheathed a metal axe from his inventory. As it begun to fall into the ground, Dilo lunged and jumped inside the Sandworm. As he did, he slammed the sharpest edge of his axe against the top of the Sandworm’s mouth. He rode down towards the Sandworm’s stomach as he scrapped away at the Sandworm from the inside. The Sandworm roared in agony and tried to cough Dilo up, but it was too late. He ended up in the stomach.
He felt the Sandworm hit the ground and saw an avalanche of sand plummeting through the esophagus.
He grabbed the sticky surface of the stomach’s walls and wall-climbed out of range. He watched as the “sandalanche” tumbled into the Sandworm’s acid-filled stomach. This did not seem to affect it at all. But whatever Dilo would take out from his inventory next would. He took out a few large hand grenades and threw them. One hand grenade went near the middle of the stomach. Another hand grenade wound itself stuck on the surface of the stomach on the opposite edge. The last one, though, was stuck to his hands, so he was forced to pry it off and throw it between the locations of the first and second grenades.
The Sandworm perished as the explosives went off.
To be continued.
I loved my dilo venom but when I was chased by titanoboas I escaped and accidently attracted a allosaurus and I was killed but my next life was different I was running from a petradon so was venom but we ran into the same allosaurus and she got stuck behind a rock I dident have time to save her and when I got to my base venom wasn’t there behind me just a few seconds later I got a message that she died I will avenge her and Rest In Peace 🙍🏻🙏🏻🦖🪦
So this isn't my story, its actually my friend's story involving her dilo lucky. So she recently got ark mobile and her first tame was a dilo named lucky, she saved my friend from a raptor and a carbonemes(she attacked it first). So she builds a house and then she realized that there was 2 sarcos outside of her house. So she got a lot of arrows and put the rest of her stuff in a storage crate and charged at the 2 sarcos. Then lucky attacked them with her. And then she sees 2 dead sarcos in front of her... Lucky killed the two sarcos. And so lucky was now her favorite tame (well only tame)
The Orinthian Knight: The Broodmother’s Awakening P4
Foreword: Here’s a tip for everyone looking to create a story on the Dododex. It takes usually 3-4 days for the Dododex guy to publish your work to, well, the public, so I recommend writing a story every one week if you want, but anyways here’s the story.
Dilo and Drydunes had been walking for what seemed like about an hour and a half now. Despite his years of training, Dilo was already starting to feel the blisters spread pain throughout his lower legs. *What is all this walking worth,* Dilo thought, *knowing the desert, we could be in SANDWORM territory for all I know.* Of course, nobody could forget the occasional Sandworm lurking through the dunes of Scorched Earth.
By the time they got to their destination, the sky had started to dim out, already a few shades darker than before. Dilo would have appreciated if the destination was at least a place with somewhere to SIT. Except their destination was a wooden outhouse. The outhouse was ragged old and the wood was so dry, it could break at any moment. Carved into the door was the outline of a circle with a star inside of it… and that was no normal symbol.
It was the symbol of the Death Corruptors.
“You.” Dilo had finally spoke in a more ragged voice than usual because of the dry winds. “You took me all this way for nothing,” Dilo had told Drydunes in a fury while staring at the broken-down outhouse. “Ah, sir, this is the spot, I must assure-“ “Go ahead, ASSURE ME, because this, this, USELESS building isn’t going to help me.” Dilo had responded in rage, cutting of the old geezer Thorny Dragon in the middle of his sentence, but despite this outburst, Drydunes had already skittered towards the rotten corpse of an outhouse. He opened the door (with no regard of the burning smell of feces and animal matter), flipped over the wooden toilet seat (with no regard of the scent of corpses so strong, Dilo swore that the inn 4 whole kilometers could smell it from here) and reached his left hand inside it… and the sound of a lever flipping could be heard.
Dilo watched in amazement as the whole outhouse turned into a mechanical elevator. The symbol on the door was gone… and was replaced with a yellow-marked glowing arrow pointing downwards. “Not everything is exactly what it seems like on the outside, you know. And don’t ever forget that.”
And they entered the outhouse-turned-elevator. They had to wait a minute before the elevator finally opened its doors, and, suddenly, Dilo wished he hadn’t come *back* here… a crowd of dinosaurs and humans alike surrounded a circular platform with elastic rope fencing to outline its edges, and in the middle of the platform were two malevolent creatures fighting for survival. A male chalicotherium was throwing heavy punches against an iguanadon that Dilo could tell came from The Center ark… and Dilo had dreaded coming to this spot.
Because this was not just any normal boxing ring… it was a graveyard for the dinos that fought to their death.
Part 5 coming soon.
