So apparently ARK has the Dilo wrong IRL it would be about the size of an ARK raptor and would not have a frill on its neck or venom. I think ARK should add a different variation of the Dilo that is more realistic. I don’t care if you vote or not. Have a good day!🙂

Adventure log: the dilophasaur aka noob destructor is a common creature. They are easy kills once you have an axe or other weapon, but whateveer you have never doubt them. For the most, it is the only one to spit poision, so that means you don't have to worry about a bigger poison spiter; and though the out my journeys, in the ISLAND, they can spawn on all the south zones, west zone 2, and overall they can be found on mostly on all locations except the artic. I might make more observations on it meanwhile on my journey.

They are great for first time gamers and a pack done right will protect you so you can get what you need.

The Dino will back up and flare it's flaps of skin on its face then it will shoot acid at you.

I am mid game, but I still kill these little F***s on sight, they murdered me and scared me to death more times than I can count.

The most annoying little [__] anyone will ever experience on the beaches

Me: *hanging out in my base*

Some Dilo: oooo a beaver sitting so still! Fooood *starts gnawing on Beavoid (beaver)

Me: *sorting out stuff inside*

The game: Your Beavoid - lvl 37 was killed by Dilo! Lvl 27

Me: tf *goes outside*

The Dilo: *chewing my Doed*

Me: how tf did the PSX not notice that???

The PSX: didn't hear or see anything, what you mean?

If they spit at you spit them right at their face....

It is quite simple kill dodos for meat then just punch them till they are uncouncious if you are hit by spit keep going and the more you punch the less they can spit

At low level, they pose some threat but not much due to their slowing spit, just poke them with a spear or pike and they will die in decent time

I saw a Dilophosaurus attacking my lystrosaurs , so I ran at it , hitting it repeatedly while my two lystrosaurs jabbed it with their tusks like a walrus and the hungry dilophosaurus died. I killed it to save my lystrosaurs

And this is how I fell in love with Dilo..one raining day...was farming along the beach..inside the trees,and from nowhere..it started attacking me. Had no weapon but managed to use my fist..I realized it spat on my face..suddenly, the screen became blared and I couldn't see,ba images of it face ...I had to run to my back..which later I saw it returning where it came from...went to base to freshen up...checking checking on my dodo(taming) before I could say "Jack" it has followed me to my base to finish me...hahaha,I managed to knock it down..and quickly I gave it raw meat..I had,and it's my bestie now..😉

So I just tamed this, it was my fave Dino ever. Ten seconds later a frikin Rex attacked and killed all my stuff... I lost my best friend

When you were trying to kill one use a spear or a slingshot and allsorts of things let’s just use spear while hitting them it will push them back move to the left while doing it so they can’t get an angle on you can’t shoot you thank you x

If you want to tame Dilophosaur try this:

(Without bola)

Step 1: Craft slingshot and get ammo(stones)

Step 2: Hit Dilophosaur using the slingshot you crafted earlier(Step 1)

Step 3: Shoot the Dilophosaur using the slingshot while moving back(Do this until the Dilophosaur gets knocked out)

Step 4: While unconscious put raw meat in his inventory

Step 5: Enjoy the Diliphosaur

There's no one way to handle these, they're pretty much a non-issue if you have a crossbow.

Dilophourus are so annoying they dont leave you alone there spit is so annoying too it keeps killing me i hate it
