For beginners REMEMBER be on third person perspective and look in surroundings, if you see one then plan accordingly or prepare to die, also remember their aggro range is only a little larger than a therizino.

When a dilo spits at you there is high chance of not dodge anything.If you get spit at quickly hit the dilo and keep track of a it's movements.You should be able to dodge if your finger is fast enough because the dilo opens it's frill before it spits.If you did not hit a herbivore and it's running it probably means there is a carnivore around.

i have a pack of 26. they are very weak but with that many it's kinda fun to have them chase after other weak creatures

Step 1: Craft bola (x2), bat (x2)

Step 2: Find dilo

Step 3: bola dilo

Step 4: bat dilo till knocked out

Step 5: open dilo incentory and put about 10-20 meat in.

Step 6: wait, dont let it get attacked

Step 7: dilo ready

Build whole army of these, invest heavily in health first. They are op in large numbers and will attck anything u tell them to.

So useful, to defend your base, or even raiding ;

so small, and fast, plus blinding hability make them almost impossible to hit, specially once breeded...

Use raw prime meat or cooked prime meat

For taming shoot it at the head until it is knocked out then put meat in it's taming inventory then wait a little and you should have it tamed unless something came and killed it.

Yo I mated my highest level dilos today the baby was a perfect 👌 color mash love that Lil guy he just wants cuddles and he's already imprinted fully he's kinda op he just chills on my redwoods platform base I also mated my dimorphs he and Darius are chill Darius is da dilo ima keep him up on base because I don't want him to die gon breed him when he gets older I'm gonna breed my tapejaras I really like tapes my one is da best so basically Darius is op I'm gonna breed dilos until they are rideable and yes that is possible I saw schawlbe did it so ima try I'm just gon ride them around base I'm gonna breed tapes oh and if your on mobile and don't know how to breed just go enable wandering victim item collection and ignore group whistles on 2 dinos that can mate they must be same creature different genders and must be able to mate if you want a fast egg just sleep you will get the egg when you go to the creature it will be fertilized make sure it not to cold or hot or the egg will die it will tell you if it's to cold or hot

If you're new and u don't know how to not get poisened by the dilos just dodge the spit by moving right or left or even jumping helps then just attack him with the club

Thay are actually good if u got like 10 good ones I had like 15 and they killed a Rex levl 50

Surprisingly useful even when you've moved on to tame carnos and stegos, especially with some higher levels. A couple of mate boosted dilos leveled only in health can be great hunting companions, as their spit slows even the fastest dino to a jog that you can outrun easily. (Level health so that they can attack first before u do and take the damage for u.) With so many large creatures unaffected by bolas and bear traps being expensive and unreliable, dilos can be a good, if not great substitute. As a last resort, u can always let them slow the creature that's too powerful to kill while u make a run for it. : )

I really recommend taming a few of these. I tamed one and it killed Sargo ( a giant crocodile). And the eggs are really nutritious.

It is really easy to tame just use a sling shot to its head or one train dart then feed it five meat

Dilo’s are better for players who are lvl 5+ and are very good protection if you get 3+ make a pack of 1 male 3+ females and you got a pack. Easy to breed to

While it may not seem much at first, these Dilos are really easy to tame mid game. This allows you to stock up your tamed dilos and effectively form a whole army of them. I have like 20 Dilos at relatively low levels, and even then I can kill most of the beginning to mid game creatures. Just command them to attack something and they will swarm the hell out of that poor creature.

Put them on you’re roof and make them stay set them to aggressive you have poison turrets👌
