By the castle near the east side of the map has a lot of nests that loops around and the biggest tip I have is just get a bird anything that flies works and lure them away from the nest far enough or aggro them to another creature such as a stego, they might even kill them and pay attention to level, if you got a spyglass, also check the levels to see what the level of the deinonychus is because the level of the deinonychus all depend on the eggs potential/level. then snatch the egg and place like 13 campfires, or until it stops being greedy. Another good tip for the nests that are close to the water or cliff edges is to just bring them there to slow them or even get rid of them so you can peacefully get the egg.

Pro tip: See that pack deinos, yeah; hop on your ptery/flyer and lead them off the nearest cliff. Find the highest lvl(130+) egg throw out the rest. Leave the area, and put it in stasis. Return in a few minutes new eggs and deinos will respawn and repeat to your hearts content. 👍

The only way to recruit this guy is as an egg from the nest in the white cliffs of Dover on Valguero watch out for their parents.

For me that I got 10 eggs in 10 minutes

1.Grab a high level trike

2.Go to the best area

3.kill all Deiniychis in the area

4.grab whatever egg you can get

5.walk off like a boss

Firstly, grab a flyer. If you don't have one, tame one. Fly over to White Cliff.. You can kill the dienos or lead them over to another dinosaur so that way, they are distracted. Land your bird, then quickly grab the egg on the nest. Get back on your bird and fly over to your base.

You have to put meat in their inventory right away! I’ve read everywhere and couldn’t find any mention of this. Food trough also did not feed him!

I have 3 of these and they’re level 118, 113, and 47. I shoot a bronto to get some meat for my feathery murderers. 5 seconds later, see them battling a level 258 bronto. Flippin legends. They won. Omg

To get one early you need: a good pteranodon, luck, strategy, and a pair of steel balls a country mile wide.

A good way is to get a griffin and lure them away abd then take the eggs.In 15 mins i got 7 eggs in tge chalkhills

they only appear in chalk cliffs biomes on the maps fjodor and valgeuro, they cant be tamed in the wild however you can often find they're nests holding fertile eggs you can take and incubate. if your on the ground without a powerful tame try and avoid confrontation at all costs, deinonychus will cause a stackible bleeding effect that lasts for a short amount of time, however if you want to play safe then using a strong flyer like the argentavis should be useful if you aren't the biggest fan of close calls, good luck!

The best way to tame a deinonychus is by using a pteradon that is speedy and swoop in and lure the deinos of a cliff so you can come back and collect the eggs

Easy eggs with any flyer. Kite Deinos to cliff edge. Watch adults fly off cliff. Collect eggs. Hatch eggs. Climb and glide across the Arks. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

So what you do is you get a flying creature Preffeble the argentavis and you fly down get an egg and get out

If you are having trouble incubating your fertilize egg, place down either 15 standing torches or 17 campfires and light them all. This will make it warm enough for the incubation process to begin. It will take about 15 mins of incubation if you don’t speed up the timer in which eggs hatch.

Easiest way to get eggs is just kill all wild Deinonychus that cross you, you get two birds with one stone this way because it'll help you find max level eggs as respawning Deinonychus have a chance of being max level and therefore populating a nest with a max level egg however it is very rare I play on unofficial (could affect LVL spawns) with the level cap at 300 and in over 40 hours have only found 1 LVL 300 egg thankfully I got twins from it (boy and girl) absurd luck haven't found any more which is sad cause I want the best statted LVL 300 obviously to breed super Deinonychus

If you want one of them then get a pteranodon and swoop down and grab their egg fast as possible or griffin and then BOOM! You got the egg!

When you find the nest's, I would suggest anyone to bring at least 50 rifle bullets and snipe from afar if you are just in the 30s, but if you are high level you can probably just swoop down and grab and egg and fly away.

So they don't agro on wyverns so if u have one of those....
