After seeing tips from here. Stole 2 eggs (level 8 & level 74). 2 Fireplaces. 11 campfires. 33 minutes later. One red color from level 8 egg. Three from level 74 egg! All blue color 2 males 1 female! This was my very first time hatching any egg of any species ever! Been playing for 3 days total. How?

i think the safest way to get a deinonycus egg is by flying and bringing an oviraptor or a tame like an unwanted tame to distract the pack while grabing the egg make sure u lure the pack away from the nest.also deinonycus is a creature that helps u get to places while holding a weapon in hand its helpful for raids and knocking out dinos

They are most effective if you teme at least 3, or breed 3.

Once you have an egg or eggs place them in a incubator at 85 degrees. Make sure to have raw meat on hand for when they hatch. Make groups of 12 pieces of meat. Then feed them (transfer) the 12 pk of meat into their inventory. Don't leave until their eating slows down some. Keep the meat replenished or they will die with a quickness.

Lure them away on something fast or a flier to something random and get out of agro range

Best mount to use would be pteranodon because they r very fast flyers. Find a nest and lure deinonychus far away by letting them aggro to u then fly slowly away from nest and they will follow you Get a preferred distance away from the nest then sprint far from them so they aren’t going to follow you. Then circle around back to the nest. If it takes too long to get back to the nest, new deinonychus may have wandered there so you might have to repeat the process, but if not, quickly dismount, grab the egg, then fly out very fast. U can also lure some allos in there because nearby deinonychus will attack it and they will be distracted

Due to not being able to tame one of these like you would with a raptor,the Deinonychus tame is required by stealing a ferile egg from one of its nest.The easiest way is using a flying mount and lure the adults off a cliff/into a near pond away from the nest making it easy to aquire them without being harmed.Enjoy c:

Deinonychus are extremely good when in packs of 3 and above.with taming them you must steal there egg and raise the them.with getting the egg I recommend if your early game get a argentevis to kill the parents.once they are fully grown up they have a ability to latch on surfaces and onto large dinosaurs,they do a bleed affect and you can glide with them to get down for high places

Use a pter and lead them off a cliff if you can or just lure them a couple feet away or wait until they agro on something else, then swoop in, get off, get egg, and fly away. Pop around 15-18 torches on the ground and bam you got a raptor that can almost fly and can kill rexes

Take like 9 to 10 standing torches omg

Get a pteranodon with a saddle and a fair amount of stamina, then head around the biom until you can find a nest, if you have a friend to play with you can get them to distract the deinonychus so you can land and steal the eggs.

Using a grappling hook can help a lot

To get an egg, get a pteranodon, throw a explosive in the group, the drop down, get the egg then fly away

Lure a pack of allos to the deinonychus nest. while there fighting you get the eggs and kill the winners of the battle and get there loot

With only a Sinomacrops as backpack visit the Chalk Hills on Valguero. Glide and search for Deinonychus below, and for nearby nests, usually close to or under trees. Often there are small platform hills from where you can safely check the situation from above and wait until the Deinonychus-pack is busy and away from their nest. When it is clear, drop down, pick up egg, fly off. Repeat.

Have a flyer, get agro, lead to a cliff they’ll fall off then go get egg that easy :)

Easiest way I do it is have a flyer to get to and from the nesting area and grab an animal to be as bait either breed a small but tanky animal or some wild animal you can grab drop the bait down let the deinonychus find it and try to kill it and while their preoccupied take the eggs, also dropping a tanky friend in there and having them run around is good too they can also grab eggs while you do then you just grab them and fly away with about six eggs in total

You need roughly 19-23 fires to hatch them, pleas spread this have a fantastic day and I hope you learn something.

Guys this can fit through a double doors it just says that I know that because I have a hatchery and I took some out when they grew up when I should of when they were baby’s I just forgot them so they grew inside
